we are at the point in the Trump-Russia investigation where talk of presidential pardons for players in the collusion, no check that, treasonous dealings with Russia has hit the airwaves. Yes, the investigation being conducted by Mueller seems to be making Donald Trump nervous that he or those around maybe indicted for some crime. Heck, we already know that Jared Kushner, Attorney General Sessions, and General Flynn have more than likely committed at least one offense so far, perjury or something along that lines. Now Trump Jr. has provided the link that the campaign of Donald J. Trump was at least willing to work with Russian intelligence. Now there is a strong feeling that Russia funneled large amounts of money to Trump before the campaign and that Trump quite possibly aided in laundering of money for Russian Oligarchs, check that, Mafia. I know it is too early to know the exact details of Trump-Russia involvement or if there were any prosecutable crimes committed, but when the President start talking about pardoning his associates and himself you have to say something stinks even if you cannot see the rot.
So what happens if Trump goes on a pardoning spree? First, I don't think his pardoning himself would hold much legal water because it would mean that the president could commit any crime he wanted without any repercussions with the exception of impeachment. Second, by accepting a pardon those Trump pardons would be acknowledging their own guilt, at least that is what the Supreme Court said in Burdick V. United States in 1915. That ruling had to deal with if a person refuses a pardon is the pardon valid. Apparently this Burdick guy refused a pardon because, at least part of it, was it would be an admission of guilt and he did not want to do that for he believed he was innocent. Keep all this in mind as we proceed down this layman's analysis of this strange situation and Constitutional law road. Hang on, it's full of bumps.
Ok, let's say Trump pardons everyone, resigns, and the new President pardons the former president, what then. Trump and his minions get away with what could be the worst crime in Presidential politics. Keep in mind they received funds from Russia in the commission of the criminal act and Trump has profited from the Office. What a shaft job to the American people; well at least those of us not on the Trump Train to disaster. They should not count all that money just yet. Let's look at something Attorney General Sessions is pushing for drug cases and apply that same thing to Trump Treason, that is asset forfeiture. Sessions says that criminals should not profit from their crimes and he is right. You are saying, "But if Trump pardons people there will not be a trial so the government will not be able to seize assets." True, there will not be a "criminal trial ."
The thing about crimes, most crimes anyway, there is the criminal code part and then there is the civil part. Pardons only cover crimes. The civil part, restitution, or in this case the ill gotten gains, is a whole different ball of wax. The government has the right, and should exercise that right, to go after the profits Donald Trump and his associates made during their dealings with Russia. Trump would fight it but he would lose, and even if he were to appeal, the money would be tied up for years. Why would Trump lose? Remember that case I cited earlier on how accepting a pardon can be seen as an admission of guilt? Yes, the acceptance of the pardon would be enough to say that the profits were from a criminal act and therefore subject to civil seizure by the government. The beauty of the civil case is there is no need to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt", preponderance of the evidence is enough. Now think about the hundreds of millions , possibly billions of dollars, Trump and his family would lose. Even assets such as his properties owned by him and his family, even if held by the Trump organization, would be seized. After this is over, if justice prevails, Trump could go from the White House to flopping on someone's couch. So Trump can pardon himself and his associates, but in the end he will see that crime doesn't pay. Trump chose to dance with the devil and now the piper is awaiting his pay.

Two different ways Trump could be screwed and how he will screw the GOP
Let me see if I have this right. Throwing out the James Comey firing for a moment they are two things Trump can possibly charged with at the moment that would end his administration. First, if it is proven he colluded with the Russians we can say would definitely be charged with something close to treason. Even if it is not proven that Trump did not collude with Russia during the election but did act in a capacity to help Russian Oligarchs launder money he could be, probably will be, charged with a felony. Knowing now that Trump's finances and that of his family is being looked at for ties to Russia , we may not have to rely on the collusion investigation alone. This gives us double the chances of ridding our Country of its greatest threat in a long time.
Whether Trump is impeached for Treason, money laundering, or a combination of both, it will be good for America and the Republican Party needs to see this. If they are worried that impeachment of Trump will damage their brand, I have news for them; your brand is toast already. Keep Trump in Office and expect never to hold a majority in either house or the office of president again. It is likely that if Trump was to remain for a full term then the GOP will lose the house in 2018 and then the senate in 2020 along with the White House. The GOP will fracture into different parties, 2 or 3 at the very least. You will have a Tea Party separate from the GOP composed of Radical right, moderates as the GOP remainder. There is a chance that if Trump really damages the Image of the GOP many moderates not tainted by Trump stench would leave to become independent or Democrats, or some form of Conservative party. Like other entities Trump has touched the Republican Party may die as well. Trump may have Gold gilded furniture but he does not have the Midas Touch, he has the touch of death. Let us hope he gets busted for treason, money laundering, or both. If the GOP had any sense they would want this to happen too.

Trump recruits like Russia Recruits spies
I want to talk about something that is going on that I and many others feel is quite odd. For some reason there are members of the Republican Party in congress who are more concerned about how the media found out about the possibility of our President colluding with a hostile entity, Russia, than finding out if the President is a Russian pawn. Wow! In a million years I never would have thought the GOP would side with a possible Russian traitor over their own country, but nevertheless, here we are. Why is the question? First, not every Republican feels that we should just move on and forget the Trump-Russia issue, some are concerned like Senator John McCain. Why not others like Sen Cruz, Rep. Chaffetz, and pretty much every Republican of some importance? Maybe they are compromised? Conspiracy theory? Yes, but this one has basis in past cases where a person compromised by a foreign entity actually recruited others by either finding willing people or leveraging them to aid in treason. First case in point, John Walker, Jr.
It want to say off the bat that I have a particular loathing of John Anthony Walker, Jr because I am a former Submariner and one thing Mr. Walker did was endanger the lives of every American submariner through his actions, but let's discuss Walker’s spy Ring. Mr. Walker was a long term spy who willingly betrayed his country for financial gain even after he left the military and lost access to classified material to provide to the Soviet Union. He did this by recruiting Jerry Whitworth a student in a Navy Radio Operators course instructed by Mr. Walker. How was Whitworth recruited? One can speculate, he could have been willing, or he could have been coerced. Like John Walker I spent time as an instructor teaching others in my career field, Navigation Electronics, how to work on equipment. I know that as instructors we can be seen as intimidating to junior personnel. I also no that sometimes students cheat and you have to be watchful at all times during testing. What happens if a student is caught cheating? In the military it is a very serious thing that can end your career. Could Mr. Walker possibly have caught Mr. Whitworth cheating on an exam and used that as leverage? Maybe, I don't know, but I could see it being done. I never cheated on an exam because of two things, honor and the fear of what would happen if I did.
Whitworth was initially told by Walker that the information was to be given to an ally, Israel, only to find out it was going to Russia. Despite this revelation Whitworth kept providing information to Walker. Why? We know later the Whitworth had a guilty conscience and anonymously wrote several letters to the FBI to try and cut a deal if he were to be granted immunity if he gave up the others in the spy ring. Why did he keep on going? Even spying for an ally is illegal so right there Walker had leverage on Whitworth.
Walker recruited his brother and his own son into his little spy ring. Did he leverage them too? Possible, but I doubt it. What I established here is there is precedent of one person committing an act of espionage to recruit others in doing the same, normally close friends or relatives. If you look at how Donald Trump and his family operate it would be hard not to assume that if Donald Trump colluded with the Russians that they were involved. History favors that family members tend to involve other family members and I can cite more cases that support this but let us look at how Donald Trump could use his assets along with other entities assets to gain leverage on someone.
During the election there was an incident where Donald Trump threatened to expose dirt on Ted Cruz’s wife, Heidi Cruz because of some political ad that reflected badly on Melania Trump. After a little exchange there was nothing but a picture released that wasn't very flattering of Heidi Cruz, with Trump saying, “No need to spill the beans the images are worth a thousand words.” I doubt the picture is what Trump was talking about. It is possible that there is something that Trump and his team know about Heidi Cruz and was used and now is being used to manipulate Senator Cruz. Senator Cruz is quite possibly compromised by Donald Trump, via his wife or his own actions. Trump probably hired someone to dig up dirt to use, not just the normal stuff one candidate would use against another, but stuff that would be considered off limits by others. What else can explain Ted Cruz shift in his behavior? And the way he did Trump's bidding at the Clapper / Yates hearing suggests he was desperately trying to prove something to his master. What and why? Loyalty? I guess as far as a compromised person can say they are loyal. Why? Fear of failing and having embarrassing information released by someone. I am sure Trump would use a secondary channel and not risk putting forth the information himself. Plausible deniability.
But what of Rep Chaffetz behavior and Rep Nunes behavior? Nunes jumped on that phone call he received to go to the White House so fast you would think someone was holding a family member hostage. We all know how that turned out. Why would Nunes be so stupid? Panic, like someone who is under the gun, politically. What might Trump have on Nunes? Who knows, maybe Nunes chose the wrong hotel to check into, like one owned by Trump? And for Chaffetz? He is bouncing all over the place you just don't know what he is up to. Not running for reelection, foot surgery that would take him away from his duties but he makes sure to show up for a vote on Trump Healthcare Bill of death? Not to mention that about the same time Chaffetz announces he won't seek reelection there is a puff piece done on his wife and their marriage. You know, the same kind you see done on Hollywood couples that shows how happy in-love they are six months before they separate and divorce. Weird.
Trump is a dirty business man and he has sure brought that to the White House. He has picked up pointers from mobsters and Russians and I am sure he uses those dirty tricks. He is surrounded by people who are sleazy. To not consider that Donald Trump and his cronies aren't playing dirty to get a few senators and representatives to do his business would undermine any investigation into Donald Trump working for Putin, and that is what it really is. Trump is Putin's compromised puppet who controls his own puppets. If you elect a tabloid loving president then you can expect he will use tabloid tactics.

Don't let Trump play you.
I am as angry as everyone else today when it comes to what the walking piece of Dog feces from Wisconsin and his fellow Republican turds did today by voting on a healthcare plan that will kick 24 million on healthcare and cost the lives of countless others. What they did was reprehensible to say the least. The thing is this is part of a bigger plan by the biggest pile of walking and talking excrement this side of the Atlantic. Or shall I be more specific and say, outside of Russia?
There is a pattern here that should be noted. Every time Trump starts feeling the heat about his Russian ties he does something to deflect attention from it. The Syrian gas attack most like orchestrated by Putin and Trump's announced attack on a Syrian airfield which was evacuated and had little damage done to it. Now Trump and Putin are buddies again. Next, the ratcheting up of tensions over North Korea's nuclear weapons program and missile development. Interesting how Trump stoked that fire to really up the Danger for South Korea then says "here use this THAAD system to protect yourself. By the way, that will be one billion dollars." The thing is that these two things don't generate enough of a deflection. You see, they upset the public and politicians to a point but not enough to have Congress look the other way for long. What you need to do that is something that would piss off the Americans and members of Congress so their time would be occupied so they cannot take part in the big fight, the most important one, Trump's ties to Russia. No, I am not down playing the importance of healthcare, I am saying it is being used by Trump as a means to an end. Trump wants as many members of Congress tied up with this healthcare thing as possible so they will be too busy to really investigate his ties to Russia. He figures that by the time Congress gets around to it they will be, and the public, too tired to deal with a Trump Russia investigation.
Think about it. What have people been more concerned about? What have people been calling their reps in congress about? Healthcare. In normal times this would be great, but now it has quieted the "investigate Trump Russia" call a bit. Now stupid house republicans will claim that people haven't been calling as much about Trump-Russia so they must think there is no concern. Duh, people haven't been calling about Trump-Russia because they are worried about republicans killing them by taking away their healthcare.
So what happens when the heat starts building on Trump about Russia and Congress starts to lean more towards appointing a special investigator / prosecutor? Trump will try to push through another bill that will generate just as much outrage as getting rid of healthcare to keep congress and America focused on that issue so they won't be looking at his Russian ties. He will keep doing this, over and over. He knows he only has to by time to tie up loose ends and tire out those who oppose him. Trump will have you bark up the wrong tree and will use congress to do it. He is a Con artist, don't fall for it. With Trump you need not just one person to watch what he does, not two, but enough to cover both his hands, his mouth, feet, eyes, every part.
What the Resistance needs to do is organize in such away that we can use his own tactic against him. Lawyers need to keep his cabinet heads busy in the court system. Any appointee of his needs to be taken to court for any action that is considered against the constitution or not for the good of the people. His advisers need to be put on the defensive so they are protecting themselves and are too busy to give advice to Trump. Trump himself needs to be thrown off balance using the courts. Organizations should be established to aid in challenging TrumpCare, to fight a delaying action as the rest attack Trump from his most vulnerable side, Trump-Russia. I am sorry to have to tell you but we are in a war here, a political one and need to strategize accordingly. If we keep fighting on a tactical level, we will gain nothing and risk loosing everything. Strategic planning. We need to form our own "Operation Bodyguard " and "Operation Overlord" . The longer our focus is shifted from Trump - Russia the more damage Trump can do, plus it makes it harder to remove him. We cannot let him consolidate! Put Trump on the defensive anyway possible (legal and political wise) misdirect him. We need to learn some battles we will not win, pick the ones we can, fight delaying actions, have the main force strike hard, keep striking without turning away, and overwhelm Trump and his minority. We can undo crappy Trump legislation but we can only do so if we still have a country. To save the lives of our fellow citizens we have to save the country from Trump and Russia first!

Donald Trump, let me educate you on US Nuclear weapons.
Donald Trump, I feel you need to be educated on the United States Strategic weapons. Despite the change from Strategic Air Command to Global Strike Command our nuclear force is a deterrent one, not one to be used by you when you feel like throwing a fit. How do I know this? My father served from 1953 to 1973 as part of SAC. I didn't follow my father's footsteps to the Air Force but into the Navy where I served on Strategic Ballistic Missile Submarines (SSBNs) from 1986 to 1997. Both my father worked in the Electronic Navigation field a very important part when it comes to launching missiles or dropping nuclear bombs. The military did not just train us in electronics but the importance of our primary mission, deterrence. Surprised that our primary mission was, and for those who serve now, is not delivering nuclear weapons? Yes, launching or dropping nukes is secondary and if we had launched or dropped nukes we would have failed in our primary mission which is to act as a strategic deterrent from Russia attacking us. It did not mean that we failed as a unit or individuals, but that deterrence failed. You know why we have never failed in the past? Because top to bottom, from the President on down to the E-1 standing watch on the planes of a submarine or helping with maintenance in the Air Force, we were more that competent in our jobs, we were professionals, and with the exception of you, our service men and women still are.
No one in the right mind wants to launch a nuclear weapon, ever. We know, that if it comes down to it , the use of nuclear weapons will not just effect our enemy but the whole world. Now that being said, if the situation required those of us involved with launching or dropping nukes would do so if required because we know that there must be a serious reason for their use. Well, that was until you took office. Now, I am sure there are men and women on Trident submarines or attending missile silos that cringe every time an EMA (Emergency Action Message) or whatever is in use is received. Before we knew we were out there to keep Russia (USSR) from attempting a first strike, now everyone has to worry that you may decide to use nuclear weapons or put the US in a situation where they have to be used. Right now you are using North Korea as an excuse to try and use nukes as a preemptive strike measure. You know as well as I how far away North Korea is away from launching a nuclear war head with the range, reentry capability, and accuracy to strike the United States. Even when the achieve the range capability the accuracy will have a CEP (Circular error Probable) in tens to 100s of miles as to not be effective for a first strike. As for North Korea attacking South Korea or Japan? Even, Kim Jung Un knows it would be suicide and there would be no way China would approve of such an attack, not to mention the reality of having the US turning the whole of North Korea into a smoking while with a few Tridents. You want to keep Kim Jung Un in line you don't threaten him with a preemptive strike because that just gives him propaganda material; you tell him that America will turn his country into a smoking hole if he attacks. This puts him in bad light and not the US. See you are a bully with no political skills whatsoever. If you father had not been rich the chances are you would be in prison right now for murdering someone after losing your temper, or be in a mental institution.
You may occupy the Office of President of the United States of America, but you're not Presidential material. You are thin skinned, uneducated, and have no concept of how the Founding Fathers intended the Constitution to work. You say that how congress runs is a problem and archaic, I got news for you, it runs like it is supposed to by being a check to a president who is unfit or tries to abuse the office.
Now let's get back to Nuclear weapons and add you being unfit to the equation. My father and I were part of a program called "The personal reliability program " PRP, it is the program that ensures that personnel working with and around nuclear weapons plus related subsystems are mentally, physically, financially, and morally fit. Why? Because there is that much at stake and you do not want someone with mental problems, physically unfit, broke, or morally compromised working on nukes. The problem with the system is that is it is not all encompassing as it doesn't apply to the president, we all just have to pray that the man with the football is not unfit, as you don't just seem to be, but are without a doubt unfit.
Nukes are never to be the first option, it is sad that they can be the final option, never the first. But since you have no concept of reality you will never grasp the concept of deterrence. You have commented you love war, no one within sanity loves war. War is ugly, it is hell. It generates widows, orphans, disabled, and dead. I am not a pacifist by far, I believe that there are times you need to defend yourself or others, but I know that you are better off being strong while not having to use that strength. But since you do not see this but only see war as a means to an end even though other methods are available, you are unfit to be a commander in chief.
And on a final note. You're also unfit because you're a traitor and this will proven. I not only believe this but I bet that at first you were not suppose to win. No, Russia just blackmailed you into running so you could stir up unrest in America to weaken it from the within. That is why you appealed to the Alt-Right because Russia knows those are the people most likely to take up arms against the government so they had you stoke that fire. You even worked to discredit the media and push the actual "fake news" propaganda generate by Russia as away to gain more alt-right leaning people. But around the time of the Republican National Convention you convinced many major republicans to share your view of Putin and Russia. Manafort was assigned to you by Russia to guide you and to evaluate if helping you "actually" win the election was of more value than just stirring up armed civil unrest in America. Somehow you and Manafort decided it was possible after convincing the RNC and that is when you sent an emissary to Russia to sell them the new plan. Why? Because to carry out the old one would have meant the end of your business and also you would never been allowed to show your face in America again. No, you wanted to win to save your business. Russia shifted from not just using their cyber warfare Guys from not just trying to still up civil unrest but to bring Hillary Clinton down to a level where it was possible for you to win. Now, how and why did Russia strategically target those swing states for you? Was there actual meddling with the voting machine tallies? I know that the original plan called for using the information Russian hackers acquired from certain states databases to be used in the event Hillary Clinton won. Russia knew that if they could copy the reporting formats that in the event Hillary Clinton won, they could release a version that showed you had more votes but someone changed them to favor Hillary Clinton. But since you had Russia shift the plan that wasn't required. Any way you cut it, win or lose the election you committed treason and the facts will come out. Yes, you will try to stir up your racist followers when the impeachment starts and they will cause trouble, but in the end you will be impeached and then tried for treason. Only your resignation and a pardon from Pence will save you from prison but I don't think he would want to risk pardoning you and taint himself with the smell of treason.
In summation, you are psychologically unfit to be President and thank God for the Constitution which allows you to be impeached, or even be found unfit with the 25th Amendment. Maybe if the cabinet invoked the 25th Amendment and found you mentally unfit it would save you from impeachment and Prison.

Louise Mensch is now doing more harm than good.
https://twitter.com/louisemensch/status/856281905913896960
Hopefully the link above works. Please read the tweet before reading the rest of this blog.
Did you read the tweet and the blog liked? It has to be one of the most convoluted things I have seen concerning Russia's hacking of the 2016 United States Presidential election to date. Let us look at it logically.
Did Trump take Russian laundered money to pay Russian cyber assets to hack the US election, DNC and voter data base? Why would he need to do this if it was a Russian planned and coordinated operation? Does it make sense for Putin to launder money give it to Donald Trump who then goes and uses the same money to pay Russian hackers? If they are located in the United States that maybe the case but most of the hacking can be traced back to operations in Russia. Russia could pay their own assets and not have to worry about a money trail that could be traced back to them. And why would they take the chance on using Donald Trump paying their operatives in the US with laundered money when it would be obvious to look there if the scheme was uncovered? Russia would be recklessly risking established assets that could be used later. Any Russian assets working in the US would already have away to receive financing from Russia without having to use Trump. When you look at the story it doesn't add up logically. Trump may have received money to secure hacking services in the US for his own gain but I doubt it was to pay Russian hackers. If anything Trump used the money to get compromising data on people in his own party, leverage. But to think Trump had to get money from Russia to pay Russian cyber assets is like, pardon my language here, going around your asshole to get to your elbow.
Louise Mensch has put out some interesting information in the past but now it seems like she is passing along any Trump-Russia conspiracy theory that comes her way. I will say it is not good because it works to muddy the waters and makes it harder to see the big picture. If you look at leads and information as a dot and then you start from the beginning and graph each dot by weight of likely hood they should stack up one on top of the other or pretty close to it. While you do this you will find some will be too light or heavy and will be wide right or left of the stack, these are called wild points, outliers, or statistical anomalies. If you get too many of these Wild points intohe mix then confidence of the solution goes down. It is that solution which is the big picture that will provide everything necessary to form a case for or against impeachment or criminal charges. Of course the Intelligence community knows this and they weed out the wild points but the General public will see these wild points and form there opinions which will influence their outlook on the business. Some may be frustrated and want to just get on with things and try to pressure officials to drop the matter, we cannot let this happen. Even when informing the public care should be taken to stack the dots and connect them since that is truth.
I have speculated on what I think went on with Trump and Russia based on my experience, observations, and the information that has come from the intelligence community. I have no backdoor channel to the intelligence community, I go by the reliability of the source and probability. I also know that no matter how much you want to that you cannot fit a square peg in a round hole so you don't try.
There are many variables at play in this mess so there is not going to be a cut and dry answer anytime soon. We need to focus, stick to facts, weed out the wild points and keep the water clear so we can see the big picture otherwise we will get lost and never find the truth.

Welcome to Trump's wag the dog .
The strikes on the Syrian airbase didn't destroy Syria's capability to use chemical weapons or impede their ability to launch air strikes. Runways are still intact and we're used to launch strikes again today. The missile strikes damaged some buildings and some antiquated aircraft that haven't flown in months if not years.
As long as Syria has the capability to launch aircraft they have the capability to use chemical weapons. The only way to make sure Syria cannot use aircraft for chemical weapons delivery would be to wipe out its air force completely.
For y'all who think Trump did something to make a statement, well bless your heart. You fell for "wag the dog."
Here is what Trump has done for no other reason than to boost his approval ratings.
He had to inform Russia so they can keep their people safe and of course Russia warned Syria who removed equipment and personnel.
We launched 59 missiles against an air strip for a very crappy return on investment. We blew up concrete, yay!
Russia scrapped the deconfliction agreement which means any action taken by America will put US forces at risk. Further strikes to hit truly vital and valuable targets are now of the table with Russia expanding their ant aircraft role to include Syrian assets.
Now the US and allies will find it difficult to conduct operations without having Russia as a threat. You will see allies and US forces asking to have the deconfliction agreement put back in place. Tillerson will go to Moscow and negotiate to have the agreement put back in place and Putin will set lifting of sanctions as a condition. Trump will say to congress that our hands are tied and to keep our soldiers safe we need to lift sanctions.
Welcome to "Trump wag the dog" where our military personnel have become part of Trump's ploy to lift sanctions.
If any US personnel die because of Trump's ploy then he doesn't just need to be impeached but tried for murder.

an open letter to Mark Cuban
I respect you Mark Cuban, but you are wrong.
Mr. Cuban, I have read your Twitter thread about how you think that Donald Trump was unwittingly used by Russia during the 2016 election. I have to disagree with you on this assumption. You provided reasons for why you believe what you do, but some of the traits you listed about Mr. Trump are what makes him the perfect target for blackmail by Russia. While Trump may not have sought out Russia with the plan to use them to his advantage during the election he was most assuredly a knowing participant. This can be proven by Donald Trump's rhetoric during the campaign. He shot from the hip not using prepared speeches so what he said was from his own mind and it is not a coincidence that it aligns so well with Russian propaganda and objectives.
You are correct that Trump does not have the attention to detail and the intelligence to come up with and carry out such a plan on his own. Even Russian intelligence knows this and that is why they provided him with handlers and had Trump recruit those closest to him to help. It is not uncommon for people being used by intelligence agencies to recruit family and friends to aid them in espionage. John Walker recruited his son. (Walker is despised by the Navy, especially by Submariners.)
I am quite familiar with Russian recruit methods when it comes to spies. I served in the Navy from 1986 to 1997 on Ballistic Missile Submarines. My job required me to have a Top Secret clearance because I handled intel and other classified material. I was also part of the Personal reliability Program for people who worked on or around Nuclear Weapons and Strategic Systems. The military does not just give you a clearance, they train you on procedures for handling material and how not to be compromised by foreign agents. Not all spies volunteer to betray their country, some are recruited because they did something that if known could ruin their career. We were instructed to never put our self in such a situation and to be on the lookout for traps. During the Cold War Russia would use various assets and methods to try and compromise people in the submarine force or other highly sensitive field. Catch someone in adultery, a homosexual relationship, using drugs, being in the wrong place, you get the picture. Who fell for those traps? People with personality traits similar to Donald Trump, big ego, loud mouth, and thinks they are smarter than they usually are. It is these types that like to spout out how important their job is, especially in places they should not, the very places staked out by intelligence agents looking for someone to compromise. Donald Trump is not the brightest bulb, but he is a little smarter than you give him credit. And as people in the south say, “He lacks the common sense god gave a piss ant.” He does know how to blow smoke and con people, he even has a knack for self preservation. All traits that are useful for someone playing both sides. No, Donald Trump isn't an unwitting stooge, he knows what he is doing and is now worrying that others know. He is even using old Russian tactics to try and discredit the truth, not for The masses, but his followers. While Trump would like every person to believe his version of Russian tampering he knows the only people he needs to focus on is his loyal followers. He know he just has to make false accusations to keep his core from even considering the truth. He knows his people are the minority but he has convinced them, and continues to do so, that they are really the majority and the media is lying. Why? Because he knows he has enough numbers to cause chaos if he is impeached. Donald Trump's assignment given to him by Russia was not to when the election but to divide the nation in such away it would require the US to pull off the world stage and let Russia expand its power. In away, Trump and Russia screwed up in reverse when he won. Now there is more attention to what went down during the election and that is something Russia does not want. Russia risks having there methods of meddling in others politics being exposed and more sanctions. Putin and Russia cannot afford more sanctions and maintain control because when the Russian people start suffering they become a danger to Putin's regime. It his very likely that even more Russian’s behind this operation will end up dying of mysterious causes. I believe Aleksandr Dugin maybe among those names. Dugin is a political scientist and adviser to the Kremlin. It is said he is Putin's favorite philosopher so to speak. His book, “Foundations of Geopolitics” is a blueprint for what Russia is doing now to take down the US and other political powers so they can reshape the political globe so they are the strongest nation.
Trump knew what he got into and did so willingly, he just needed direction from Russia and that is why certain people were planted in his campaign. Russia just made a mistake choosing Manafort.
Also, I cannot believe you met with Steve Bannon. That is like meeting with the devil. In case you did not know it, Bannon and Dugin are cut from the same cloth and share a very similar philosophy.

Hypothetical reason Nunes and Others protect Trump and some mental time travel.
I am theorizing here, speculating with what information I have at hand nothing more. Am I creating a conspiracy theory? Maybe, but not along the lines or crazy as the alt-right(out of their minds) creates.
We know for a fact that Russia did work to influence the last presidential election by hacking, releasing information, planting false news, and the use of bots on social media to stir the passions of the alt-right. ( I can attest to this because I was a recipient of harassment of numerous bots on twitter during the election. I also noted there was a sharp decline of these BOTs after the election and most originated in Russia and not in the US though they claimed to be American on their profiles) anyway let's get back to my speculation, a creation of imagination that has basis in fact. Do I need to do a disclaimer here? Screw it, sue me if you're offended or if this resembles you.
We know a former agent of British Intelligence created a dossier on how Donald Trump could have quite possibly been compromised by Russian intelligence while visiting Moscow sometime in the the not distant past. We know there are reports from allies that say Russia has been grooming Trump for years; this is not far fetched as it seems because this operation has been planned years ago. We know that many of those around Trump are so heavily invested in Russian companies, especially the energy sector, that they need to be reminded to make Checks out to Americans in dollars not Rubles. Trump's sons bragged about their Russian interests and Trump himself wants to put one of his small penis compensating Towers in Moscow. Did I just write that? Oh well.
Let's time travel in our imagination in Donald Trump's shoes to a trip to Moscow whenever that was. We are stoked because we have a chance to put up one of our monuments to our colossal ego and take advantage of the Russian energy boom and make some rubles, I mean dollars. (See it is hard to keep Track) Our jet touches down and we are greeted by one, two, or more of Putin's men, uh Oligarchs, I mean Russian businessmen. We are swept away to Moscow's best hotel but it is nothing compared to one of our over compensating for our small penis towers, I mean hotel. Why is Trump so worried about his small hands and penis? Ah well, we are just along for the ride in his mind. It's a good thing he has such a small IQ so we all can fit.
Our Russian hosts want to have dinner socialize and have some drinks, We don't drink but We get a high from people praising me for my intelligence and business acoo... a koo...uh, business smarts. But what is that word someone on TV once used? It sounds like ack you man, anyway they are praising me and my big head his inflated enough We could overshadow the world.
Wow! Look at that young thing, and that one and that one! Damn good thing Melania isn't along for the ride or we won't be able to sample the local fair. What did the interpreter say to us? Oh, we can have anyone or everyone we want? All of them! Send them up to our room. They are clean? Can't be too careful after all dating in the 80s was our Vietnam after all. Well let us head up to the room so we can see what these women look like in the buff. Hmmm, How do we ask them to shower us with gold? Ok we will jump ahead in our mental time travel trip to the next morning.
Man are we are dragging today and it isn't because of jet lag if you know what we mean? What did the interpreter say? Oh the Russian energy big wigs have someone they want us to meet, someone from the government and they have something to show me at breakfast. Oh great, a business breakfast. Hmm, We wonder what the Russian government guy wants to show me? Maybe it is a surprise and my buddy Putin will be there, We hope so. We so want to be best friends with Putin, bigly!
Ah good, breakfast and our guests are here. That's not Putin. Oh well he has a laptop, maybe we will video chat with Vlad the magnificent. Hey, what the hell? Who recorded this? You recorded that golden shower we received from those women? They were prostitutes? We to do what or you will show this everyone? Run for President? Oh crap, We guess Wewill run for President. What else? Divide America? But how? Oh you will help and give money? Sure just tell us what to do? Man, we should use this blackmail thing in our hotels, it will come in handy.
And by the magic of imagination we are back to the present free of the big giant Oompa Loompa head. We aren't done with our mental time travels yet, there are still two more trips we have to make. Don't worry it won't be to the land of Trump.
We arrive at the hotel. Wow, Trump knows how to make a person feel welcome. ( ok, I lied. It is the land of Trump but not his head, so that is a plus.) we are just a mere Member of the House of Representative from California but Trump makes us fill like a King. This trip is looking up! I sure wish the wife could have joined us. ( If you haven't guessed the destination of this Trip it is Rep. Nunes' Noggin ) Dinner, drinks, a little mingling. Wow, this trip is better than We thought it would be. She is one beautiful lady, We think she has the hots for us. Too bad we're married or else...what? Out of sight out of mind and no one will know? One time won't hurt, but not our room. Let's ditch our aide, good now we're safe.
Let's jump ahead in time to a time when Rep. Nunes takes a ride in an Uber with some colleagues. Wow, long day. This Russian thing is going to be a bear. We are not sure the president will come out of this without being impeached but we cannot say this to anyone including the people we are with right now. Ah, we got a text. God please don't be Schiff, he is driving us nuts. It's a pic, it's a pic of us and that lady from the Trump hotel. She said that flash was nothing..Oh my if someone sees this we are ruined. Who sent this? Bannon. We need to come to the White House to discuss this new intel. We have got to get out of this Uber ride. We will say something important has popped up and will get another ride home.
Ok we are back to now in our imagination mental time travel. Thank God, I felt so limited in those to minds, didn't you? Anyway these mental trips were just to illustrate a possibility and to provide some entertainment in these trying times. Also to show that someone should look into the real reason Nunes acted the way he did and find out what truly motivated him. Thanks for coming along for the ride.

The American government machine is broken and The 4th estate may have helped break it.
The American Government is broken and the 4th estate may have contributed
I am a former Navy Electronics Technician who still loves troubleshooting broken electronics, computers, machines or anything that matter. It is like solving a puzzle, a mystery. When I come across something broken I cannot sleep until I have discovered the fault and a solution to fix the problem. With equipment it is easy to find the fault although sometimes it takes time. With things like politics it takes time and is far from easy but the same troubleshooting methods apply.
Imagine when Donald Trump won the election and how that would affect someone who goes nuts when things don't go right, when the machine is obviously broken.
I have not been able to sleep at night because I know the American government is broken and I am someone who has to know why. The American government is a machine and like any machine it can breakdown from time to time. The founding fathers knew this and established a system of “self repair” providing all parts of the government aren't trashed too. You know the executive, legislative, and judicial branches form a limiting circuit to keep each other from going to far on the power scale. Now this is a good system but it is not perfect so the founding fathers provided a feedback loop that is made up of the people and the press. ( that is why we have the first amendment.)
Normally when something goes wrong in government the press will report on it to the people who will then let the elected representatives know they need to get their act together and fix the problem. This feedback loop becomes extremely valuable and effective when our political system enters “ election mode” things start to really happen. Now if the system is still not running right the feedback loop enters repair mode during the election cycle and the faulty circuit, gear, or other mechanism is replaced by the people with a part they think can get the system running again. Now what if there is something wrong with feedback loop and election cycle repair mode? What if someone hacked into the system and tweaked one of the circuits so that it sent out “ bad signals” to the people side of the feedback loop? Could this be done? Yes and it was done. Remember the Russian Cable guy from “Seinfeld”? It wasn't him, it was a Putin the repair man and his Technicians. So what part of the system did they mess with? The press. Covertly and overtly by manipulating the media through hacks, fake news, and leaks. Now there is more than one circuit to the press subsystem. Each news outlet whether TV, Print, internet, Radio, large, or small is a separate circuit. The press circuits very in how much they impact the feedback loop according to how large the audience is, so if you want to screw up the system you go after a big circuit, one easily accessed through the backdoor. Russia political repair company chose a few circuits but the most notable and biggest was Fox News. Fox News has a large passionate conservative audience and an owner who likes money and power, Rupert Murdoch. With a little willing dealing and money thrown around you have tweaked the Fox News circuit into spilling out all the crap and fear you want the audience to hear. ( am I saying Murdoch is a traitor? No, but he and Fox News sure are pro-Russian all of a sudden!) now you have a large audience receiving the bad signals and it spreads out to people who don't watch Fox News but are influenced by people who do, and also people who follow Alex Jones and Breitbart. All of a sudden you have a number of broken, or just plain evil, press circuits spouting bad info to the people who are in the election cycle. The people circuits are overwhelmed and enough are influenced by the bad info that during the election cycle they select a big orange and very broken main gear to drive the government machine and numerous other bad little gears to go along too. Now we have have a machine that is broken, really broken, with the remaining good gears and circuits trying to repair the machine before it catches on fire. What is making it hard for the remaining good gears and the non-contaminated people circuit is there are still bad circuits like Fox News that needs to be fixed or shut down. ( I so hope that the FBI finds Rupert Murdoch and Fox News aided Russia in spreading false news to influence the election. If they do, they can put Murdoch on trial, convict him, strip him of his citizenship, deport him, and shut down Fox News. I would love to see a few Fox News people on the unemployment line, especially Sean Hannity.)
So to compensate for bad press circuits bringing down the system the good circuits like The Washington Post, The New York Times, MSNBC, CNN, and all others have to work extra hard to minimize the bad and fix the system or we will be stuck in a self destructive negative feedback loop.

Trump playing the Russian blackmail game?
Did Trump do unto others what was done to him?
We know about the dossier on Trump put together by retired British Agent Christopher Steele. We know that it alleges Trump is being blackmailed by Russia who may have compromising material involving Russian prostitutes and golden showers. ( On that note, has anyone else noticed how Melania seems kind of distant from the Donald since that revelation?) If true that means Russia has power over Trump, but this is post will not discuss that, but a what if. What if Trump used the same method for his own gain?
I am a disabled veteran with 11 years experience as a Navigation Electronics Technician on ballistic missile submarines. I received training on how to troubleshoot equipment failures using a set method. I know what is supposed to happen and compare it to what happens. If they don't match there has to be a problem. I gather the system of the failure and use what I know to try to localize the fault. I divide the circuit into smaller and smaller parts until I find the component that failed by checking the goes into with the goes out of to see when Good becomes bad. Sometimes we face intermittent errors that are hard to find so we resort to I know this isn't working right but there is not a hard failure to isolate the problem yet so lets try something different. The outside the box and speculation thing.
Now if no one speculated every now and then we would learn nothing new. Law enforcement would not solve as many crimes or even know a crime was committed if they did say “hmm something isn't right here. Maybe we should look into it.” Well that is what I am about to do.
So what isn't right? Well for one, we have the Republican Party, actually certain members, refusing to consider or look into Donald Trump colluding with Russian intelligence during the last election. Republicans have, until recently, been very firm on dealing with Russia but that seems to have changed during the RNC. Why? In the past if Republicans thought there could be a Russian Traitor in government they would stop everything and investigate, but now it is no big deal. Why?
We have seen some Republicans who seemed to oppose Trump meet with Trump and jump on the “Trump Train”, why? You would think Trump made them a deal they could not refuse. (I chose to use deal here instead of offer because, well “the art of the deal.” Maybe he did make a deal to some key republicans ( Ryan, Nunes, Chaffetz, Mitchell, Gowdy….you get the picture).
Maybe he used power or financial incentive. Maybe he took a page from the Russian playbook of compromat ( I think that is what they call it). I mean he does own hotels and has connections to some seed types who can provide him with services such as escort services. (wasn't there talk about how he recruited young Eastern European girls for modeling but they ended up working as escorts or something?) Maybe when a certain Republican congressman stayed at one of Trump’s hotel they were treated to the best suite and room service with some extra services their wives may not approve. Maybe they got more than they expected, service that went the extra mile and a video to remember the great time they had at the Trump Hotel? I am just speculating here trying to figure out how key Republicans bow to Trump when they know he is unfit for the job and is off his rocker. It doesn't add up with the current variables so there must be a few more to the formula. Maybe the FBI should check to see if Trump Tower is wired, wired by Trump. Check his hotels too. I am not saying Trump may have blackmail material on all or any Republicans. He definitely would not need leverage on all just certain ones. You remember the story about Representative Nunes getting a text or something the night before his bombshell news conference? You know, when he bailed out of an Uber he was sharing with others? Maybe he got the “you better look at this and contact me before someone else sees it? Sincerely Trump” I am not saying Trump gathered all the intel he is using for leverage. He seems to have his own source and we know it isn't from US agencies. Think Russia and the use of go betweens.
Maybe certain key republicans are being blackmailed by Trump and are protecting him to protect themselves. If they are they better hope that the FBI gets someone like Flynn to crack because that Trump wall will be coming down hard on them. Their best bet, best scenario? Do something to save their country, admit they screwed up and Trump used it to blackmail them. If they don’t it is only a matter of time before it comes out in the wash. So they have a choice, both will mean their career is over but one has prison as a possibility.
So maybe Trump is playing the Russian game.

Trump needs to explain why his campaign contacted Russian assets being investigated.
Rep. Nunes, who heads the House Intelligence committee was wrong by briefing Trump on The Russian-Trump campaign investigation, but he may have did everyone a favor except Team Trump. By Donald Trump saying he feels " somewhat vindicated " he acknowledges that he and his team were caught by US intelligence who were monitoring Russian intelligence assets. Let that sink in a minute. Rep. Nunes said that the President and some of his team may have been "incidentally " intercepted while the FBI and other US intelligence assets were looking into Russian interference with the US election. In order for this to happen, Trump or someone on his team had to have contact with someone, Russian asset, being monitored by the US. Trump wasn't being monitored or having his phone tapped, it was the Russians who were being tapped and monitored and by chance Team Trump was caught talking to the Russian assets. Summing up Team Trump walked into a counter intelligence investigation. Trump needs to explain why he was communicating with Russian Intelligence assets being investigated by FBI and NSA. Trump wasn't wiretapped the people he and his team contacted were.

Trump's true purpose and how he is playing everyone.
People think Trump is crazy or suffering from dementia, but consider that he acted in a thought out way. Over the last year he has been dogged by his connections to Russia and his strange Putin love affair and he is undoubtedly worried. He doesn't know exactly know what the intelligence community, ours and our allies have on him but he would like to know. He knows that if he tries to use overt ways to find out if there was, or now is, an investigation that targets him specifically he will draw attention and people will think it is his way of covering up the truth. ( I believe he colluded with Russia in ways we don't know yet.) So since he cannot go in after the rabbit in the hole without risking himself he tries to smoke it out. He starts a big fire at the opening and waits. He accuses President Obama of wiretapping his phones in Trump tower with no proof knowing it will start a big fire and draw attention. He keeps pushing it, claiming he has sources so congress decides to poke around to see if the past administration or Federal agency may have tapped Trump's communications. Congress comes back and says there is no indications of Trump being under surveillance and his claim is without merit. Trump has smoked the rabbit out of its hole, or so he thinks, he now feels a little safer and can relax his guard a bit.
It also had the second effect of stirring up his racist and ignorant base who believe everything he says. Also note the timing of the Wikileaks release of CIA hacking tools. If the rabbit turned out to be a dangerous animal waiting to bite Trump in the Rump, CIA found evidence of collusion, then the revelation would have been neutralized to a small degree by the CIA be discredited for its own lack of cyber security so Trump's core followers would not trust the information. If Congress chose to impeach Trump, he is counting on his followers not just protesting but staging armed protests. Trump is rooted in and is hedging his bets so people will fear the repercussions of an impeachment. He would try to stir insurrection in the US before he gets canned by congress. It doesn't matter his followers are out numbered; he and Bannon, along with Russia know they have enough on their side to cause a world of hurt. Trump is going for all or nothing and damned those who get in his way. Why do you think he is still holding Rallies for his base, the racist mental defectives who see him as their savior?
Why do you think he sent his Taxes so Rachel Maddow would report on them? He knew that the 1040 would not show anything other than numbers and nothing more. He knew the media would pounce on it and in so doing discredit themselves in 2 ways: using leaked data. Blowing the story up to huge proportions to get ratings but end up falling flat. In the eyes of his followers he reinforced the belief that MSNBC and other news organizations are fake news.
The media and politicians are being outplayed by not just Trump, but Russian intelligence on the political warfare front, specifically a man named Aleksander Dugin. Mr. Dugin is a Russian political scientist who works for the Kremlin and shares many of the same beliefs Steve Bannon has. Mr. Dugin wrote a book, a 600 page one, called the Foundation of Geopolitics. The book is a treatise on how Russia can manipulate countries and regions to expand itself into the dominant power. Not through warfare, except to annex the Ukraine and Baltic States, but through political warfare. Besides the US he recommends breaking up the EU by starting a wave of nationalism. He is targeting NATO the same way and trying to force a wedge between Turkey and the rest of NATO. Why? Turkey controls the Black Sea which would be used to send suppliers and relief to the Ukraine if that country is attacked by Russia.
Trump is just an instrument of Russia to weaken the US. He won't make America Great, he will make it and the world Subservient to a despotic Russia.

Why Trump used go betweens to collude with Russia during the election
Why did Trump use so many go betweens to meet with Russia during the 2016 election? Obviously it was to not get caught, but there is another reason, The Secret Service. I am not saying that the Secret Service was used to spy on Donald Trump during the election because that is not their job. The Secret Service is to protect the candidate and to be tasked with carrying out surveillance at the same time would take away from the primary job of protecting the candidate. That being said, I don't think anyone colluding with a foreign government to subvert an election is going to meet with that government in front of a Secret Service agent or behind a closed door guarded by a secret service agent. So how do you get around it? Use go betweens. But which go betweens? We know that people involved with his campaigns and his sons but did he use others? If the truth be known, which I hope comes out soon, Trump used business associates and members of his Organization to interact with Russian intelligence and other Russian agents. I am sure he sent his people in the guise of doing business to work with Russia. He may have used his people to meet with Russian intelligence while they were conducting business in other countries or inspecting his properties. I bet if you compared his company's travel accounts and bounced them of the travels of known Russian assets you will see a large number of coincidences of both being in the same place at the same time. I am sure there would be overlaps in stays to try and avoid suspicions but it is obvious they are connected. If you want to really connect Trump with Russia and collusion then bounce his families' and trusted employees travels to the travels of influential Russians and assets.
Now let us consider another Trump asset to communicate with Russian intelligence. Trump's private jet. What communications to Russian assets took place on his jet? What is the setup of communication equipment of his jet? Since he likes to stay in contact during his travels he probably has a good communication and information system on his jet. A system that uses crypto to ensure privacy? I am certain of it.
We are just seeing the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the ways Trump secretly communicated with Russian assets. When the complete story is out there it will reveal an iceberg bigger than the one that sank the Titanic, one that will hopefully sink the Trump administration and the Republicans who decided to voyage on the Trumptanic ( of Russian registry). Who will be caught without a life jacket?

Trump on the Russian blog repost from 2016
Trump on the Russian plan. Here we are a little over a month away from electing our next president, and things are looking bright and dark. The bright side would be choosing the highly qualified former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The dark part? Well, we are dwelling in the penumbra ever since the Grand Old Party nominated Donald Trump as their candidate for president, a man not fit to run for dogcatcher. (And not just because of bone spurs in his heels) Yes, Trump and the Alt-Right are darkening this election cycle, and if they win or lose, we will still face darker times. How can we face darker times if Hillary Clinton wins? I will tell you it will have nothing to do with the Policies Secretary Clinton has purposed; it will be the workings of Donald Trump and his Alt-Right which has not just festered it has become an abscess that will rupture spreading toxin through the body of our Nation.
Since early 2016 I have researched Donald Trump and his Russian connection. Why? Because when a man running for the presidency of the Unites States praises Vladimir Putin and says he would not come to the aid of our NATO allies should they be threatened by Russia a red flag went up in my mind. NATO is way more valuable than Trump gives it credit. I could spend a whole blog explaining why but that is a matter for another day. As for Trump’s praise of Vladimir “I give my enemies polonium as a going away gift” Putin? Putin has offed more reporters and others than the mafia offed during prohibition. Putin has ambitious plans for his country, but his methods are those of your despicable dictator. While looking into Mr. Putin (Trump’s man crush) I found a few sources that provided some fascinating insight, not just into Putin but the political methods he uses to advance his agenda in Russia and abroad. I studied a few papers published by The Chatham House Organization Royal Institute of International, the Russian political scientist Aleksandr Dugin’s Foundations of Geopolitics and Houston Institution senior fellow John B. Dunlop’s review of Dugin’s book and others. Since this is just a blog and I will not be quoting directly, I will not be citing references. If you feel, I have plagiarized any work let me know in the comments below.
When Putin succeeded Boris Yeltsin in May 2000, he seemed to be a smart and reasonable leader who would collaborate with the West. Things seemed great, no more Cold War with a Russia western countries could work with, primarily to combat terrorism. As things went on in world and nations that were either part of the Warsaw Pact or part of the former USSR started to grow closer to the West and NATO, Putin changed, or rather he stopped hiding his real feeling, becoming anti-western, Russian-centric, and tough on dissidents who opposed him. He and his cronies manipulated the Russian economy for their benefit. The government cracked down on a free press; opposition leaders wound up dead in Russia or other countries. It is fairly obvious the death were not coincidental or accidental, I mean how does a person get poisoned by the radioactive element in Britain? Impossible unless it was a deliberate action carried out by a state like Russia.
Mr. Putin began creating a false narrative about how the West, especially America, was creeping in on Russian Nationalism threatening the Russian way of life. This activity spread to ethnic Russians living in the Baltic states of the former USSR and those in the Ukraine. Like Hitler before WWII Putin uses the “marginalization” of ethnic Russians in territories he covets. He feeds the fears and manipulates through his state sponsored media and political groups that are pro-Russian. Mainstream media is said to be full of lies by Russia discrediting it in the eyes of many who lean towards Putin. The Russian Intelligence elements stir up political and social unrest any way they can to push communities with a large ethnic Russian population to taking action. Once disorder occurs in places targeted with Russia’s new social-political war machine, Putin steps in claiming to do so in the name of ethnic Russians that have been disenfranchised by the nation they reside. A good example of this is the Crimea annexation and the territories of Eastern Ukraine.
So social or political issue is beyond being exploited by Putin and the Kremlin for the purpose of expanding power. Putin appeals to ultra-nationalists and racists to use to subjugate and eliminate any and all groups that oppose him. This is not new in our history but its use in this age is very disturbing and extremely more dangerous than in days past, why? The internet can spread racist ideas at the speed of light. Russia is using its political and social scientists like A. Dugin to conduct a war of ideologies in countries it believes pose the greatest threat to Russian expansion and a new world order with Russia, headed by Putin, at its head. We know America is the power that keeps Russia from expanding its power base and that is a good thing considering Putin’s history. No one can believe a world with Russia as the chief power would be good for anyone.
How is Russia using the methods created by Putin’s advisors such A. Dugin in America today? If I have to answer that one, then you probably a Trump supporter. Just Kidding. Seriously, Putin has found either an unwitting or a willing puppet in Donald Trump. (With Trump’s behavior I believe he could be a very willing creature) Mr. Trump has used the False Narrative to accomplish two things with his supporters. First, he has built himself up, in the eyes of many, as a successful businessman, a billionaire, smarter than other people in finance. (Yes, I laughed when I wrote that.) Something that Trump uses to inflate his already bloated self-image further is to say he started with a small loan from his dad, uh no. The second part of Trump’s false narrative is he makes false claims that the US economy is in the toilet, unemployment is at ridiculously high rates, businesses are leaving the country, and other nations are taking advantage of us. Oh, I forget he also brings up the national debt that he pays zero taxes to help bring it down. Yep, he has created quite the BS of False Narratives. Why do his followers believe this? A few reasons actually. One- Fox News, the only news source most of the Trump Train, (it figures a closed minded bunch would pick something that is limited by the rails it has to travel) has criticized President Obama’s Administration never giving him credit for pulling the country out of the recession left to us by the last Bush administration. Fox plays over and over Trump’s claims and interviews Trump surrogates who repeat and try to justify the validity of those claims. (Since Fox News is Trump propaganda central facts are irrelevant there) Speaking of the Great Recession, that is another reason Trumpkins believe their Orange God of lies. Though we are eight years displaced from the Recession, it is fresh in the minds of some, either for the severe losses suffered or the fact they lost the only job they were qualified for during the financial collapse. Is this Obama’s fault? No, but it seems Trump’s followers have that bad habit of transference. When you consider the facts, facts, not the ones Trump pulls from his butt (he has to, his head is there) Trump’s Narrative concerning the economy is a bunch of bull!
Trump has tried to play the false narrative with a portion of America that will not fall for his BS, the Black Community. Trump has said black people are worse off now than they have ever been in history. Are you kidding? Smart big orange headed racist Oompa Loompa must have failed history.
An interesting and very evil tactic Aleksandr Dugin recommended for Russia was to foment racial unrest in the America. He suggested stirring up the white supremacists and other hate groups to cause problems across the nation. (Dugin was a little extreme suggesting Russian special forces should conduct terrorist operations on American soil and frame various other groups to further civil unrest) So far we have witnessed attack minorities blaming them for the problems faced by this country. This message was not intended for anyone but his white nationalist supporters and those with racial bias. It should be noted that the only time Trump tries to reach out to minorities is when poll numbers show he has a chance to win, even then his attempts to bridge the gaps have been half-hearted and racist in nature. Trump goes only far enough to not turn off his core supporters, the very racist Alt-Right.
Going back to Trump’s false narrative, among his core followers he has maligned the Mainstream Media to such a degree it is not considered trustworthy, and this poses a major dangerous problem. Trump has repeatedly stated the election will be rigged and since his core believes the MSM is corrupt there is no effective way to show to that rigging a general election is virtually impossible. On top of this, he has called for his mainly white base to “monitor” polls in areas that have large minority populations. This cannot be considered anything other than a dog whistle for his supporters to intimidate black people at the polls. We had already seen Trump’s racist try instigate trouble such as when Tristan Rettke (a diehard Trump supporter) donned a Gorilla mask and tried to hand out bananas at a Black Live Matter demonstration on the campus of East Tennessee State University. One could feel a book, a large book, with the offensive actions Trump’s supporters have committed online and off.
Trump has even targeted those he believes will help him by playing on patriotism and community service. (which is odd because he is not patriot and God knows he will never do service for a community unless there is something in it for him) Trump has used the recent shootings of unarmed black men to gain support from Law enforcement entities by taking a stance that the Black Lives Matter is nothing more than a terrorist organization and that liberals are anti-law enforcement. Black Lives Matter is not a terrorist anti-law organization; they want social change, so the few people in law enforcement who are racially biased are removed from positions where that bias could be dangerous. They also want a change in training standards to stop the belief “Black men are the most dangerous” from being passed down to new officers joining the force. I support law enforcement, and I know the majority are excellent it is the few that give them a bad name that needs to be addressed. As for the military and patriotism he claims, he is fake, and the fact that many follow him is because of the false narrative he created. It does not help that Fox News seems to be the only news channel allowed on the TV in many military installations.
Trump has sown the seeds into his follower's minds that the election will be rigged and Russia is providing the water and fertilizer for it to not just sprout but blossom. How? Using two methods.
First, the hacking of the DNC and release of emails by Wikileaks that showed the DNC chair at the time had a bias against Bernie Sanders running as a Democrat. Though suggestions were put forth, no action seems to have been implemented. Still, this has put doubt in the public's eye. Recently Russia has tried to hack the voter systems of many states, though nothing was manipulated it still is a cause for concern. Those who support Trump do not care about facts they just know what Trump tells them. Trump says to his supporters no one knows who hacked the DNC computers or the voting systems in various states; he puts forth China, Korea, or a 400 lb fat man sitting on his bed, but always defends Russia and Putin. What his supporters hear is “It was probably a liberal trying to rig the election. So now we are faced with a mainly racist group that distrusts mainstream media who know for sure the election is rigged.
I want everyone to consider the group Donald Trump has targeted the most with his message and sees his ideology as one with his or her own, the Alt-Right. For a refresher and for those who do not know I will name a few groups that make up part of the Alt-Right and a few others to be weary of around election time. Neo-Nazi, White Nationalists, White Supremacists, preppers (extremists), Gun owners who believe the 2nd Amendment give them the right to overthrow the government is corrupt or tyrannical, Gun owners under the false belief Hillary Clinton wants to repeal the 2nd Amendment, extremist pro-life groups, Christian groups with extreme views, (I am a Christian, but I disavow Trump and Christian Groups that share his philosophy), people that believe they are the ultimate patriot that share Trump’s views, anarchists, and more. These all pose a danger to our political process, and Trump loves them all pretty much.
Why would Trump want to cause chaos before or post election? For his puppet master, Putin, who knows that if America is in turmoil because of racial and political processes then it would be less able to come to the aid of NATO or the Ukraine if Russia were to invade. Russia is already taking actions to divide the EU, shore up its military in the Ukraine, and throw away various treaties. Putin is preparing for action and the closer we get to Nov 8, the bolder his actions will be. Even North Korea is preparing to act to take advantage of the turmoil of the upcoming election.
It may seem paranoid to some people when you suggest that a political candidate could be under the control of Russia but with Trump’s actions it is just common sense to be suspect.
Feeling out the political climate in the military and the danger of Trump
I observed a couple of military forums. I wanted to get a feel for how the military feels about Trump, active and former military. Those who deal with the strategic side, the big picture are worried about how screwed up Trump is. These are the people who look at what is the greater threat to the country more than just ISIS.
Those that focus or just deal with tactical issues, seem to like him. The thing is these guys, nothing against them, don't get the big picture because they concentrate just on the battle at hand, you know the fire fight.
The key is Tactics win battles but strategy wins wars. Trump and his Ilk have made ISIS into a greater threat than it actually is while playing down the biggest threat, Russia.
Russia can do more damage to America, and trust me Putin wants to, than ISIS. I am not talking about nuclear weapons here. Russia, using it political science guys have conducted damaging campaigns to not just the US but in Europe and Asia. They also want to topple the US economy and they know Trump's policies will do just that. I posted a blog on this that I need to repost that goes in depth about Russian geopolitical aspirations.
Russia is using a lesson learned from World War 2 to accomplish their goal. What is that lesson? If your adversary is controlled by a madman, you leave him in power.
Where am I going with this? There was one good reason Hitler was not assassinated during WW2, his military incompetence was one of the allies greatest strategic assets. Hitler was not a military strategist, he was a political opportunist. He was an idea man and a charismatic leader but when it came to military matters he was still a corporal trying to command an army.
You ask,"what about the early victories in Europe and the success of blitzkrieg?" The only planning input Hitler did in the beginning was to say "I want this country and that country.." it was Generals that planned the attacks, the tactics they used. The Generals learned from Germany's defeat in the entrenched slug fest that was the First World War and they did not want a repeat of that debacle. The young officers that remained in the German Army studied new tactics of the combined arms offensive, they even studied the writings of military leaders of the allies who defeated them. The result of their efforts was BlitzKrieg "Lightning War" which was very effective during the first part of the war. France and the allies were still fighting the last war, believing that a second war in Europe would be trench warfare so they were totally unprepared for what occurred next even though they had superiority with certain military assets. All this success went to Hitler's head (I almost wrote Trump's head their) and Hitler's ego, plus all of the sycophants around him convinced him he was a military genius and from that point on he took more and more control over military planning which frustrated his Generals. He attacked Russia thinking it would be a pushover but the Russians fought back harder than Hitler believed they could. Instead of retreating to fight another day he made his Generals stand and fight only to have his armies surrounded by the Russian army. When this happened the tide turned but Hitler kept control of the military disregarding what his Generals recommended. When the allies learned that Hitler was the one calling the shots for The German military they cutback their efforts to have him assassinated because they realized if he was gone then a real military strategist would take over and make the war harder on the allies.
Now we have a geopolitical war and Russia helped put a madman in office of the US president, man they know to have a large ego, whose business expertise are not as great as he thinks, a person who has had his ego stroked by syncophants, someone easily blackmailed and manipulated, and even if they could not control him they knew the man would be like Hitler and disregard every experts advice. Their man is Donald Trump. Russia studied the political climate and knew there was an element in America that disliked Obama for one reason or another so they helped generate fake news stories, hired bots to post to forums, Facebook, news sites, Twitter and other social networks to stoke the fire. They even used the the recent killings of black men by police to stir tension and made sure Trump used it. They tapped into all the hate in America they could, hacked the DNC, had Trump and other make claims of a rigged election because they knew if Trump lost his supporters would not just protest but bring guns to protest throwing the country into civil and political disarray, something that would weaken America. Some how Trump won. Now Russia had him in charge of their adversary and knew full well that if Trump implemented his policies, especially the economic ones, that within a year or so the American economy would be shot to hell and the civil situation worse because Trump supporters would blame some other people just like Hitler did and so did his supporters. They had their version of the little corporal calling the shots for America. The funny thing is Hitler was a corporal while Trump was a cadet at a military school.
I am praying Russia miscalculated the resilience and intelligence of the American people as a whole. I am praying our level headed leaders in the military and government can counter Trump's stupidity. I am praying that the GOP wakes up to find they are being led by a "military school cadet" and a liar.
So far seeing what the strategic people think of Trump gives me hope. Now is the time for the experts, the high ranking officers to come forward to say they have no faith in Trump and that he poses a danger to our servicemen and women along with nation. If you know a Flag officer talk to them, have them get in touch with Congress, especially the Republican members, to tell them how unfit and dangerous Trump is. Pardon any misspellings and typos.

Trump is already a danger to our military
TRUMP HAS ALREADY ENDANGERED THE LIVES OF AMERICAN SERVICEMEN AND WOMEN .
If you think that having a Russian spy ship, an AGI, off our coast is no big deal you obviously don't have a clue about security when it comes to naval matters. The same can be said of a Russian fighter buzzing a destroyer.
Let me discuss the Russian AGI off the east coast as I have experience in such matters. Why? Because I served on SSBNs during the last part of the Cold War and one of my collateral duties involved keeping track of those guys.
The AGI and Trawlers Russia uses have multiple purposes. The primary is to monitor Naval activities like Submarines entering and leaving port, their mainly concerned with Strategic assets, Ballistic Missile Submarines. They wait of the home ports of Trident subs and wait just outside the boundary between our national waters and international water for a Sub to leave or enter port. They then listen electronically and acoustically to gather as much information as they can. The information they gather is passed on to their intel guys for evaluation to try and find ways of breaking encryption or finding our Submarine when they submerge. This information goes to their attack Submarines you then tail, as quietly as they can, our Submarines.
If they are tailing a Trident Submarine they have effectively neutralized a strategic asset. If during a time of war, or if Russia wanted to attack first they would have their attack Submarines take out our Trident Submarines which are the most important part of the nuclear triad and what Russia fears most. If they plan it right, they could take out a Trident Submarine in such away it would look like an accident. That is until the wreckage is found and compared to acoustic recordings. Trident Submarines patrol in such a way that no one knows exactly where they are except those onboard who navigate the ship. Radio transmissions from a Trident sub are restricted to a minimum, basically emergencies. The Sub itself constantly receives radio broadcasts but does so in a way as not to reveal its position, it just listens. I will leave it at that. Now if there is now emergency beacon deployment the loss of a Submarine could go unnoticed for sometime, during that time a Russian Sub could clear datum and nobody would know it was even there. This is just one danger.
Another is Russian Trawlers and AGIs will purposely put themselves in the way of Navy ships and Submarines. This is to harass the crews and to see if they can provoke a response. They will even risk collisions because they know that a collision will damage a Submarine or Ship that would then have to return to port for repair. Don't think they would? I have seen them do just that. Many times another US Navy ship or Coast Guard vessel is used to keep the AGIs clear but the Russian skippers still try. They would like nothing more than to sideline one of our Subs for month while it is repaired. They would gladly trade an AGI or trawler to damage a Submarine. I have known air assets scrambled to drive off AGIs. They don't like being buzzed by low flying jets either.
Why are they doing this if they have Trump in their back pocket? They are testing their man to see how far he will let them go, and judging by Trump's response that is pretty far. When a man is worried more about why he didn't win the popular vote than Russian assets harassing our Navy you have to wonder what is wrong. First, setting aside the fact he is a traitor, it shows how unsuited for the job he is. Second, it shows he doesn't give a crap about the men and women under his command because he didn't do anything really to show he is looking out for them. You want to feel low? Consider how you would feel if you were put in a dangerous situation and your CO could careless. If you don't think a Submarine colliding with something is dangerous you obviously failed physics. Even a Submarine put putting around has quite the inertia to overcome just to stop, now imagine that tonnage stopping in a short distance. Things and people go flying on the inside and people get hurt, some have even died. I never have been in a collision on a Submarine but I have been in a situation that had people thrown across the compartment, not fun.
So yeah, Trump is putting our people at risk because of his actions and you don't know just how much. What do you expect from a man who has a pee-pee party tape, or worse, being held over his head? Do you expect he is going to stand up to the man blackmailing him?
