we are at the point in the Trump-Russia investigation where talk of presidential pardons for players in the collusion, no check that, treasonous dealings with Russia has hit the airwaves. Yes, the investigation being conducted by Mueller seems to be making Donald Trump nervous that he or those around maybe indicted for some crime. Heck, we already know that Jared Kushner, Attorney General Sessions, and General Flynn have more than likely committed at least one offense so far, perjury or something along that lines. Now Trump Jr. has provided the link that the campaign of Donald J. Trump was at least willing to work with Russian intelligence. Now there is a strong feeling that Russia funneled large amounts of money to Trump before the campaign and that Trump quite possibly aided in laundering of money for Russian Oligarchs, check that, Mafia. I know it is too early to know the exact details of Trump-Russia involvement or if there were any prosecutable crimes committed, but when the President start talking about pardoning his associates and himself you have to say something stinks even if you cannot see the rot.
So what happens if Trump goes on a pardoning spree? First, I don't think his pardoning himself would hold much legal water because it would mean that the president could commit any crime he wanted without any repercussions with the exception of impeachment. Second, by accepting a pardon those Trump pardons would be acknowledging their own guilt, at least that is what the Supreme Court said in Burdick V. United States in 1915. That ruling had to deal with if a person refuses a pardon is the pardon valid. Apparently this Burdick guy refused a pardon because, at least part of it, was it would be an admission of guilt and he did not want to do that for he believed he was innocent. Keep all this in mind as we proceed down this layman's analysis of this strange situation and Constitutional law road. Hang on, it's full of bumps.
Ok, let's say Trump pardons everyone, resigns, and the new President pardons the former president, what then. Trump and his minions get away with what could be the worst crime in Presidential politics. Keep in mind they received funds from Russia in the commission of the criminal act and Trump has profited from the Office. What a shaft job to the American people; well at least those of us not on the Trump Train to disaster. They should not count all that money just yet. Let's look at something Attorney General Sessions is pushing for drug cases and apply that same thing to Trump Treason, that is asset forfeiture. Sessions says that criminals should not profit from their crimes and he is right. You are saying, "But if Trump pardons people there will not be a trial so the government will not be able to seize assets." True, there will not be a "criminal trial ."
The thing about crimes, most crimes anyway, there is the criminal code part and then there is the civil part. Pardons only cover crimes. The civil part, restitution, or in this case the ill gotten gains, is a whole different ball of wax. The government has the right, and should exercise that right, to go after the profits Donald Trump and his associates made during their dealings with Russia. Trump would fight it but he would lose, and even if he were to appeal, the money would be tied up for years. Why would Trump lose? Remember that case I cited earlier on how accepting a pardon can be seen as an admission of guilt? Yes, the acceptance of the pardon would be enough to say that the profits were from a criminal act and therefore subject to civil seizure by the government. The beauty of the civil case is there is no need to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt", preponderance of the evidence is enough. Now think about the hundreds of millions , possibly billions of dollars, Trump and his family would lose. Even assets such as his properties owned by him and his family, even if held by the Trump organization, would be seized. After this is over, if justice prevails, Trump could go from the White House to flopping on someone's couch. So Trump can pardon himself and his associates, but in the end he will see that crime doesn't pay. Trump chose to dance with the devil and now the piper is awaiting his pay.

Trump recruits like Russia Recruits spies
I want to talk about something that is going on that I and many others feel is quite odd. For some reason there are members of the Republican Party in congress who are more concerned about how the media found out about the possibility of our President colluding with a hostile entity, Russia, than finding out if the President is a Russian pawn. Wow! In a million years I never would have thought the GOP would side with a possible Russian traitor over their own country, but nevertheless, here we are. Why is the question? First, not every Republican feels that we should just move on and forget the Trump-Russia issue, some are concerned like Senator John McCain. Why not others like Sen Cruz, Rep. Chaffetz, and pretty much every Republican of some importance? Maybe they are compromised? Conspiracy theory? Yes, but this one has basis in past cases where a person compromised by a foreign entity actually recruited others by either finding willing people or leveraging them to aid in treason. First case in point, John Walker, Jr.
It want to say off the bat that I have a particular loathing of John Anthony Walker, Jr because I am a former Submariner and one thing Mr. Walker did was endanger the lives of every American submariner through his actions, but let's discuss Walker’s spy Ring. Mr. Walker was a long term spy who willingly betrayed his country for financial gain even after he left the military and lost access to classified material to provide to the Soviet Union. He did this by recruiting Jerry Whitworth a student in a Navy Radio Operators course instructed by Mr. Walker. How was Whitworth recruited? One can speculate, he could have been willing, or he could have been coerced. Like John Walker I spent time as an instructor teaching others in my career field, Navigation Electronics, how to work on equipment. I know that as instructors we can be seen as intimidating to junior personnel. I also no that sometimes students cheat and you have to be watchful at all times during testing. What happens if a student is caught cheating? In the military it is a very serious thing that can end your career. Could Mr. Walker possibly have caught Mr. Whitworth cheating on an exam and used that as leverage? Maybe, I don't know, but I could see it being done. I never cheated on an exam because of two things, honor and the fear of what would happen if I did.
Whitworth was initially told by Walker that the information was to be given to an ally, Israel, only to find out it was going to Russia. Despite this revelation Whitworth kept providing information to Walker. Why? We know later the Whitworth had a guilty conscience and anonymously wrote several letters to the FBI to try and cut a deal if he were to be granted immunity if he gave up the others in the spy ring. Why did he keep on going? Even spying for an ally is illegal so right there Walker had leverage on Whitworth.
Walker recruited his brother and his own son into his little spy ring. Did he leverage them too? Possible, but I doubt it. What I established here is there is precedent of one person committing an act of espionage to recruit others in doing the same, normally close friends or relatives. If you look at how Donald Trump and his family operate it would be hard not to assume that if Donald Trump colluded with the Russians that they were involved. History favors that family members tend to involve other family members and I can cite more cases that support this but let us look at how Donald Trump could use his assets along with other entities assets to gain leverage on someone.
During the election there was an incident where Donald Trump threatened to expose dirt on Ted Cruz’s wife, Heidi Cruz because of some political ad that reflected badly on Melania Trump. After a little exchange there was nothing but a picture released that wasn't very flattering of Heidi Cruz, with Trump saying, “No need to spill the beans the images are worth a thousand words.” I doubt the picture is what Trump was talking about. It is possible that there is something that Trump and his team know about Heidi Cruz and was used and now is being used to manipulate Senator Cruz. Senator Cruz is quite possibly compromised by Donald Trump, via his wife or his own actions. Trump probably hired someone to dig up dirt to use, not just the normal stuff one candidate would use against another, but stuff that would be considered off limits by others. What else can explain Ted Cruz shift in his behavior? And the way he did Trump's bidding at the Clapper / Yates hearing suggests he was desperately trying to prove something to his master. What and why? Loyalty? I guess as far as a compromised person can say they are loyal. Why? Fear of failing and having embarrassing information released by someone. I am sure Trump would use a secondary channel and not risk putting forth the information himself. Plausible deniability.
But what of Rep Chaffetz behavior and Rep Nunes behavior? Nunes jumped on that phone call he received to go to the White House so fast you would think someone was holding a family member hostage. We all know how that turned out. Why would Nunes be so stupid? Panic, like someone who is under the gun, politically. What might Trump have on Nunes? Who knows, maybe Nunes chose the wrong hotel to check into, like one owned by Trump? And for Chaffetz? He is bouncing all over the place you just don't know what he is up to. Not running for reelection, foot surgery that would take him away from his duties but he makes sure to show up for a vote on Trump Healthcare Bill of death? Not to mention that about the same time Chaffetz announces he won't seek reelection there is a puff piece done on his wife and their marriage. You know, the same kind you see done on Hollywood couples that shows how happy in-love they are six months before they separate and divorce. Weird.
Trump is a dirty business man and he has sure brought that to the White House. He has picked up pointers from mobsters and Russians and I am sure he uses those dirty tricks. He is surrounded by people who are sleazy. To not consider that Donald Trump and his cronies aren't playing dirty to get a few senators and representatives to do his business would undermine any investigation into Donald Trump working for Putin, and that is what it really is. Trump is Putin's compromised puppet who controls his own puppets. If you elect a tabloid loving president then you can expect he will use tabloid tactics.

Don't let Trump play you.
I am as angry as everyone else today when it comes to what the walking piece of Dog feces from Wisconsin and his fellow Republican turds did today by voting on a healthcare plan that will kick 24 million on healthcare and cost the lives of countless others. What they did was reprehensible to say the least. The thing is this is part of a bigger plan by the biggest pile of walking and talking excrement this side of the Atlantic. Or shall I be more specific and say, outside of Russia?
There is a pattern here that should be noted. Every time Trump starts feeling the heat about his Russian ties he does something to deflect attention from it. The Syrian gas attack most like orchestrated by Putin and Trump's announced attack on a Syrian airfield which was evacuated and had little damage done to it. Now Trump and Putin are buddies again. Next, the ratcheting up of tensions over North Korea's nuclear weapons program and missile development. Interesting how Trump stoked that fire to really up the Danger for South Korea then says "here use this THAAD system to protect yourself. By the way, that will be one billion dollars." The thing is that these two things don't generate enough of a deflection. You see, they upset the public and politicians to a point but not enough to have Congress look the other way for long. What you need to do that is something that would piss off the Americans and members of Congress so their time would be occupied so they cannot take part in the big fight, the most important one, Trump's ties to Russia. No, I am not down playing the importance of healthcare, I am saying it is being used by Trump as a means to an end. Trump wants as many members of Congress tied up with this healthcare thing as possible so they will be too busy to really investigate his ties to Russia. He figures that by the time Congress gets around to it they will be, and the public, too tired to deal with a Trump Russia investigation.
Think about it. What have people been more concerned about? What have people been calling their reps in congress about? Healthcare. In normal times this would be great, but now it has quieted the "investigate Trump Russia" call a bit. Now stupid house republicans will claim that people haven't been calling as much about Trump-Russia so they must think there is no concern. Duh, people haven't been calling about Trump-Russia because they are worried about republicans killing them by taking away their healthcare.
So what happens when the heat starts building on Trump about Russia and Congress starts to lean more towards appointing a special investigator / prosecutor? Trump will try to push through another bill that will generate just as much outrage as getting rid of healthcare to keep congress and America focused on that issue so they won't be looking at his Russian ties. He will keep doing this, over and over. He knows he only has to by time to tie up loose ends and tire out those who oppose him. Trump will have you bark up the wrong tree and will use congress to do it. He is a Con artist, don't fall for it. With Trump you need not just one person to watch what he does, not two, but enough to cover both his hands, his mouth, feet, eyes, every part.
What the Resistance needs to do is organize in such away that we can use his own tactic against him. Lawyers need to keep his cabinet heads busy in the court system. Any appointee of his needs to be taken to court for any action that is considered against the constitution or not for the good of the people. His advisers need to be put on the defensive so they are protecting themselves and are too busy to give advice to Trump. Trump himself needs to be thrown off balance using the courts. Organizations should be established to aid in challenging TrumpCare, to fight a delaying action as the rest attack Trump from his most vulnerable side, Trump-Russia. I am sorry to have to tell you but we are in a war here, a political one and need to strategize accordingly. If we keep fighting on a tactical level, we will gain nothing and risk loosing everything. Strategic planning. We need to form our own "Operation Bodyguard " and "Operation Overlord" . The longer our focus is shifted from Trump - Russia the more damage Trump can do, plus it makes it harder to remove him. We cannot let him consolidate! Put Trump on the defensive anyway possible (legal and political wise) misdirect him. We need to learn some battles we will not win, pick the ones we can, fight delaying actions, have the main force strike hard, keep striking without turning away, and overwhelm Trump and his minority. We can undo crappy Trump legislation but we can only do so if we still have a country. To save the lives of our fellow citizens we have to save the country from Trump and Russia first!

Did you read the tweet and the blog liked? It has to be one of the most convoluted things I have seen concerning Russia's hacking of the 2016 United States Presidential election to date. Let us look at it logically.
Did Trump take Russian laundered money to pay Russian cyber assets to hack the US election, DNC and voter data base? Why would he need to do this if it was a Russian planned and coordinated operation? Does it make sense for Putin to launder money give it to Donald Trump who then goes and uses the same money to pay Russian hackers? If they are located in the United States that maybe the case but most of the hacking can be traced back to operations in Russia. Russia could pay their own assets and not have to worry about a money trail that could be traced back to them. And why would they take the chance on using Donald Trump paying their operatives in the US with laundered money when it would be obvious to look there if the scheme was uncovered? Russia would be recklessly risking established assets that could be used later. Any Russian assets working in the US would already have away to receive financing from Russia without having to use Trump. When you look at the story it doesn't add up logically. Trump may have received money to secure hacking services in the US for his own gain but I doubt it was to pay Russian hackers. If anything Trump used the money to get compromising data on people in his own party, leverage. But to think Trump had to get money from Russia to pay Russian cyber assets is like, pardon my language here, going around your asshole to get to your elbow.
Louise Mensch has put out some interesting information in the past but now it seems like she is passing along any Trump-Russia conspiracy theory that comes her way. I will say it is not good because it works to muddy the waters and makes it harder to see the big picture. If you look at leads and information as a dot and then you start from the beginning and graph each dot by weight of likely hood they should stack up one on top of the other or pretty close to it. While you do this you will find some will be too light or heavy and will be wide right or left of the stack, these are called wild points, outliers, or statistical anomalies. If you get too many of these Wild points intohe mix then confidence of the solution goes down. It is that solution which is the big picture that will provide everything necessary to form a case for or against impeachment or criminal charges. Of course the Intelligence community knows this and they weed out the wild points but the General public will see these wild points and form there opinions which will influence their outlook on the business. Some may be frustrated and want to just get on with things and try to pressure officials to drop the matter, we cannot let this happen. Even when informing the public care should be taken to stack the dots and connect them since that is truth.
I have speculated on what I think went on with Trump and Russia based on my experience, observations, and the information that has come from the intelligence community. I have no backdoor channel to the intelligence community, I go by the reliability of the source and probability. I also know that no matter how much you want to that you cannot fit a square peg in a round hole so you don't try.
There are many variables at play in this mess so there is not going to be a cut and dry answer anytime soon. We need to focus, stick to facts, weed out the wild points and keep the water clear so we can see the big picture otherwise we will get lost and never find the truth.

I have covered this before but after further thought and more information I have decided to write an updated version of my Trump-Russian theory. Hopefully the dots stack up nice and are easy to connect unlike alt-right conspiracy theories.

Russia failed to prevent this and to make sure they held onto the Crimea with its port of Sevastopol, the home port of the Russian Black Sea port, they encouraged the people of the Crimea to separate from the Ukraine. After this action aided by Russian Troops a referendum was held and the Crimea was annexed by Russia. This, along with Russian Troops invading the Eastern Ukraine, caused an up roar in Europe and America which lead to economic sanctions be placed on Russia, especially Putin and his Oligarchy. You can imagine this would not be something well liked by a man, Putin, who is determined to build Russia into a super power. Putin, a former KGB man, is from the old school USSR way of handling people and organizations he sees as a threat, you eliminate them. Now it is relatively easy for Putin to silence dissidents in Russia by either having them arrested or killed by one of his thugs. The problem with the United States is that there is now way to eliminate it short of nuclear war so other means would be required. Putin put his people on the problem and those political science guys came up with a plan to weaken America by covertly attacking the politics of America with the goal of creating a divide so great that it would lead to civil unrest in America. What would civil unrest in America mean? Many things all of which would benefit Russia to some degree. A country in turmoil is not the place anyone wants to to do business; it is a loss waiting to happen. Money would exit so fast from the American market it would make your head spin. Those who pull their money from investing in America would look for another place to invest and I am sure Putin would accommodate them. Even American companies would exit for Russia and our government would not be in a situation to stop them since they would be busy putting down insurrection while trying to keep the country together. Countries around the globe would lose faith in America and those that see us as enemies would try and take advantage. To insulate America from attack from within and without We would have to shrink our commitment to allies until we got back on our feet, a process that would take decades. NATO would fade away leaving Russia unchecked to advance their interests in Europe anyway they saw fit. It is a very ugly Picture for the US, but a beautiful one for Putin.
How would Russia cause trouble with the 2016 election in a covert way? By using the internet and an army of Russian hackers. A network was set up to hack any and every government and political organization in America possible to mine them for information that could be weaponized and strategically deployed. Who to target? That question was probably handled by Russian sociologists, psychiatrists, and political scientists. They mapped out specific parts of our society looking for particular groups that they could manipulate, they chose the extreme right(racists), gun rights groups, religious groups, conspiracy oriented people, and anyone with passions that could be inflamed enough that they would not just protest but take up arms in the misguided belief they were doing there duty to protect America from its internal enemies. It is sad to say, but most of those groups I have listed, more can be added, align themselves with the Republican Party. I am not saying they represent the party as a whole but they are significant in number as to give the GOP a bad reputation.
So realizing there intended target for a cyber disinformation and propaganda campaign would be majority republicans it was easy to figure out who would be demonized by Russia, democrats and any liberal. What made it even easier for Russia’s planner was the leading candidate for the Democrat’s presidential nominee was Hillary Clinton. The Clinton name brings forth pure hatred from conservatives because no other reason than Bill Clinton was successful president with the exception of the sex scandal, and that Hillary Clinton is probably the most qualified candidate to run for the office of president. Republicans feared Secretary Clinton would be the natural successor to President Obama and that they could not allow so they immediately started a campaign to discredit her at every turn and if possible create a situation where she would not be eligible to run for any office, they wanted her to be a convicted felon. So from Benghazi to emails the GOP ran Secretary Clinton through the gauntlet, and though she took a beating she came out on top. What the republicans didn't know at the time is they gave the Russian propaganda and cyber war machine ammunition they would use to sew discontent in the 2016 election.
It is one thing to have ammunition but it is another to have a delivery system to effectively deliver it. One weapon of choice would be the internet and the sad truth that most Americans will take what they see on the internet as factual without verifying it. Now how effective is the internet? Very, but it still needed to be complemented by a more a accurate and directed weapon. What was needed was someone with name recognition, someone not of the normal establishment that Russia’s targeted audience could relate too, someone who was a show men. Russia found that person in Donald Trump. An ego maniac, a conman who had already convinced many Americans he was the ultimate businessman despite the fact he has twice the number of bankruptcies than he has wives (1 current, 2ex). I am not sure exactly when Donald Trump was recruited to help Russia only that they considered him to be a useful idiot for future use. Trump was probably considered useful for business and to help establish contacts for Russian oligarchs. It has been said Trump sought loans from Russians during during the financial crisis in 2008 to stay in business and this is quite possibly true considering his track record. We know Trump was excited about Traveling to Russia and hoped to meet Putin during the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant, he tweeted as much. During that trip, maybe another, is when the pee pee Party happened that was supposedly recorded by Russian intelligence according to the Trump Dossier, if true this would cement Trump to Russia for future uses. When Trump was compromised I do not think the plan to hack the 2016 election was formed, I believe that came after 2014 as a retaliation for Sanctions imposed on Russia by America. I do think the idea of destabilizing America by stirring up civil unrest was around though, Aleksandr Dugin’s “Foundation of Geopolitics” which discusses the possibility was published in 1997. Dugin is one of Putin's political scientists that advises the Kremlin on geopolitical doctrine that would advance Russian interests by systematically destabilizing countries and organizations that stood in its way. In 2014 or 2015 Russian created its final plan to take America down a notch or two by causing political uproar and possible civil unrest.
On 16 June 2016 Donald Trump announced his candidacy for president running as a Republican. Almost immediately his campaign became decisive, he let into his fellow republican candidates as if it were some WWE match. The Alt-Right embraced him and Trump did nothing to separate himself from such groups. Trump demonized illegal immigrants, Muslims, and even the Black Lives Matter movement. Democrats and even Republicans found themselves targets of Trump’s hate speech. Facts were thrown out the window in favor of Donald Trump's “alternative facts” commonly known as bold faced lies. Crime rates blown out of proportion. Muslim terrorists sneaking into the US posing as refugees. Muslim citizens called terrorists or sympathizers. Mexican’s were called murderers rapists but he was sure there were some good ones. Democrats were called anti law enforcement and baby killers. Trump demonized the democrats but when it looked like the nomination was secured he painted Hillary Clinton as the head demon. Trump supporters were already against Hillary Clinton because of the GOP lead investigations on Benghazi and emails and now they had someone screaming with them for Hillary Clinton's head. Trump held Nazi like rallies attended by a broad spectrum of the right, racist to moderates, almost all wanted Hillary Clinton's head on a platter because to them she was Satan incarnate, the anti christ. God forbid if you were a Democrat or left leaning because chances were you would end up getting a punch or two.
Trump did something that I don't think any candidate in American history has ever done, he attacked the media, specifically the mainstream media, saying they were the enemy of the American people and spread fake news. He did it over and over, he was brainwashing his followers and discrediting the press so his followers would seek news elsewhere. Where? Online places like Breitbart, Roger Stone Jr. and Alex Jones, and Fox News on cable. This combined with fake news and trolls provided by Russia trumps followers started seeing things the way Trump and Russia wanted them to, democrats and even certain republicans were the the enemy that wanted to destroy America by letting Muslims take over and letting in every Mexican immigrant and give them warfare, only Donald Trump could save the country. Now at this time Trump didn't have the numbers to win, in fact the original plan was not for him to win but to drum up so much hate in his followers that if Hillary Clinton were to win they would start an armed uprising and many threatened to do just that. Trump knew he was supposed to lose and stirred things up by saying that if he lost it was because the election was rigged.
While this was going on Russian hackers were creating fake news like saying that “shariah law was being implemented in so and so City” normally these were targeted to people in the south with the city being taken over by shariah law being located in a northern state. The fake news was constructed to target specific geographic and social areas in such away to seem believable but not so that a simple check of local news would discredit. During the Black Lives Matter protests both sides were targeted with fake news in order to stir up as much tension as possible. It is possible this Russian propaganda pushed people over the edge and led to deaths that would not have happened if the fake news was not put on line. The immigration problem was exaggerated by Russian propaganda to be made worse by a factor of ten. In reality there had been a shift with more illegal immigrants returning to their home countries than those sneaking into the US. Fake news was rampant and was not just targeted to the right, left leaning people were targeted trying to stir the passions of left wing extremists and after the release of DNC emails, Berniecrats were targeted to inflame them so they would not vote for Hillary Clinton in protest.
Putin was setting back taking this all in watching the plan his people come up with be so successful. He had a cyber war going on with America and he was getting away with it. America on the other hand was creeping closer to exploding into civil unrest and in so doing , bringing the last super power to its knees. A perfect plan going down without a hitch until something no one expected happened. Somehow Donald Trump had convinced important people in the GOP to get onboard with him concerning Russia. Now it looked like that if Trump could win then sanctions would be lifted from Russia and that America may reconsider it support of NATO weakening that organization. Immediately an Envoy or envoys were sent to Russia to convince Putin to shift the cyber effort from creating civil unrest after the election but to help Donald Trump win. I am sure Trump made promises to do this and that for Russia and painted a rosy picture for Russia that had Trump as the American president working side by side with Russia and even helping Russia return to Superpower status. Even Putin would have to admit that if the new plan could be pulled off it would benefit Russia more than just damaging America politically, with money coming from America without sanctions interfering Russia could build a geopolitical machine unmatched and eventually eclipse America as the worlds leading power across all spectrums. Putin made the mistake and took the deal. With shifts here and there in strategy plus bringing in other Intelligence reserves in America the Russian campaign to elect Trump President of the United States of America was underway. (By the way FBI, I am betting someone in your organization was in on this and I don't think it was Director Comey, someone involved in the Secretary Clinton email investigation, someone who probably brought the attention of a certain laptop to light. I hope you look into that because having one of your own working for Russia is bad for everyone.)
Up until just before the election many people were undecided on who to vote for though it seemed that the undecided, especially in swing states were leaning to vote for Hillary Clinton. Despite what pundits said about the debates, Donald Trump came off unprepared and unstable. What changed that? The revelation of emails on a laptop of a Clinton top adviser, Huma Abedin, supposedly found while investigating Anthony Weiner for another one of his sexual related indiscretions. Since there was an investigation conducted by the House oversight committee regarding Hillary Clinton's emails, Director Comey felt and was obligated to inform the committee about possible new evidence. I don't think it was Comey’s intent to influence the election but him just trying to be transparent. The real scandal lay at the feet of Rep. Jason Chaffetz, who chose to release the letter with the intent of damaging the Clinton campaign and influence the election in Trump's favor. It worked because those people who were undecided before had a problem with Hillary Clinton's honesty and the new revelation pushed them over to Trump. Why do I see Chaffetz as the villain in this affair? One, he didn't have to release Comey's letter because the letter did not warrant it because no one at that time knew if the emails were pertinent to the closed investigation. Two, there is talk that Trump directed a large donation to Chaffetz’s campaign around the time that Chaffetz made it public. Three, Chaffetz said he will not be seeking reelection and there is talk he may resign soon. Why? He says to find a position in the private sector. I noted that there was a write-up about Chaffetz’s wife and marriage recently. It is interesting considering the timing and it is also what publicists of famous couples have their clients do when there is talk of marital problems floating around or a possible scandal, normally the couple spits up six months later. I am just speculating here.
Now we are approaching Donald Trump's 100th day in office, the worst of any president, and we are finding out just how much Russia hacked the election and all the many ties Trump and his people have to Russia, especially Russian intelligence. Like an iceberg we are only seeing a small portion of this scandal and more lies beneath the murky waters of the secret world of intelligence agencies. We can only pray we have spotted it in time or our ship of state will sink like the Titanic. I am thinking no matter what happens that Trump and those around him are sunk. Why? If a proper investigation is conducted it will find Trump and many on his team are guilty of working with Russia to influence the election, treason. If he escapes this scandal, he is so incompetent that everyone but his hardcore racist followers will call for his impeachment on other matters.
I have a couple questions that I want to know the answers to concerning this whole scandal but the main one is how Donald Trump convinced influential republicans to align themselves with his position on Putin and Russia? Did Trump use his hotels and the Russian intelligence on compromise to blackmail people? Another question is why Putin would allow Assad to use chemical weapons in Syria? Was it a test to see how much he could away with without putting Russian forces on the line? Was it a way to shift attention away from Trump's Russian connections temporarily? Trump ordered an attack on an airfield, notified Russia according to protocol, and Russian then notified Assad to also evacuate the base before the attack which resulted in minimal damage. Does Trump think that now he is President that he is safe from Putin's blackmail and doesn't care what Putin does? Has Putin figured out he screwed up by shifting his plan from dividing America to electing an unstable Donald Trump as the American President? If Trump is acting against Putin's wishes will Putin release the blackmail information or has the situation shifted that it puts him in a corner? If he releases the supposed pee pee tape he will have admitted to interfering in another Country's election and draw outrage from the international community making it hard for Russia to advance its interests.
This is my updated theory with new information taken into account. Is it fact? No it is speculation based on observation and weeding through various scenarios looking for one that has the fewest wild points when it comes to stacking and connecting the dots. Like everyone I would love to find the truth about what happened and what is going on. If and when we find out all the details, I will then compare it to my theory to see how close or far off from actual events it is. Hopefully it will be close, but I will be happy if the real truth show I was off by a mile as long as we get the Truth.

Now we are approaching Donald Trump's 100th day in office, the worst of any president, and we are finding out just how much Russia hacked the election and all the many ties Trump and his people have to Russia, especially Russian intelligence. Like an iceberg we are only seeing a small portion of this scandal and more lies beneath the murky waters of the secret world of intelligence agencies. We can only pray we have spotted it in time or our ship of state will sink like the Titanic. I am thinking no matter what happens that Trump and those around him are sunk. Why? If a proper investigation is conducted it will find Trump and many on his team are guilty of working with Russia to influence the election, treason. If he escapes this scandal, he is so incompetent that everyone but his hardcore racist followers will call for his impeachment on other matters.
I have a couple questions that I want to know the answers to concerning this whole scandal but the main one is how Donald Trump convinced influential republicans to align themselves with his position on Putin and Russia? Did Trump use his hotels and the Russian intelligence on compromise to blackmail people? Another question is why Putin would allow Assad to use chemical weapons in Syria? Was it a test to see how much he could away with without putting Russian forces on the line? Was it a way to shift attention away from Trump's Russian connections temporarily? Trump ordered an attack on an airfield, notified Russia according to protocol, and Russian then notified Assad to also evacuate the base before the attack which resulted in minimal damage. Does Trump think that now he is President that he is safe from Putin's blackmail and doesn't care what Putin does? Has Putin figured out he screwed up by shifting his plan from dividing America to electing an unstable Donald Trump as the American President? If Trump is acting against Putin's wishes will Putin release the blackmail information or has the situation shifted that it puts him in a corner? If he releases the supposed pee pee tape he will have admitted to interfering in another Country's election and draw outrage from the international community making it hard for Russia to advance its interests.
This is my updated theory with new information taken into account. Is it fact? No it is speculation based on observation and weeding through various scenarios looking for one that has the fewest wild points when it comes to stacking and connecting the dots. Like everyone I would love to find the truth about what happened and what is going on. If and when we find out all the details, I will then compare it to my theory to see how close or far off from actual events it is. Hopefully it will be close, but I will be happy if the real truth show I was off by a mile as long as we get the Truth.

Trump has no respect for America so I have none for him, my rant.
Donald Trump has no respect for the average American let alone the United States of America.
I want to put a disclaimer here. This is a rant and I am just letting of steam so the heck with spell check and typos. Further this is an emotional post and though I am angry I will not recommend or condone violence under any circumstances.
I am angry! Why? Because I am just a disabled veteran that is quite lucky to be where I am now because I served my country and now I find the country that I love is led by someone with out a sense of duty, honor, and the only service he considers is for his ego and wallet. We have a president who wants to take healthcare away from in need and give those bathing in riches a tax break. We have a president who thinks his lies are fundamental truths that should not be questioned. We have a Con in Chief and not Commander in Chief. We have a president who thinks the use of nuclear weapons is an option and not something to use as a last resort. A president who is so limited in intellect he will call any science voodoo. A president who would try to put a square peg in a round hole, and when it doesn't fit he will angrily tweet as if he could hammer the peg in with ignorant words. Above all we have a President who is more than likely a traitor who sold the US to the most dangerous man on earth and now that the deal is coming to light he is like a cat desperately trying to bury the most vile turd in the the litter box, but no matter how deep down he puts it the stench will remain. Yep, if America were a rental there is no way we could get a damage deposit back, our odiferous dilemma has permeated the flooring and drywall. We will need decades of airing out in a free democracy.
Yes, I am a comparing Trump to cat crap. Is that being disrespectful of the president, after all I am a veteran? Actually I have never had any respect for Donald Trump. Why? My Christian values and those taught to me by my parents. Trump is equivalent to merchants in the temple. Jesus once said that the religious leaders of his day were the children of Satan, the father of lies, and there is no bigger liar than Donald Trump. I feel sorry for those who think Trump is the savior of Christianity in America, they are lost sheep following the wolf to the pit. Yes, I am a Christian but don't expect me to judge or condemn someone because of a life choice because that is not my job, I am charged with spreading Christ’s words of forgiveness and acceptance. Remember, Christ ate with sinners and chastised the religious leaders of his day. Do you think some “Christians” are perfect in their teachings today? If they are spreading hate and condemnation then they are far from Christ’s, God's word.
Now let me present my case for not respecting Donald Trump, one of the most deplorable people to ever walk this earth. I will start from religious freedom and the first amendment, I have a segue from the last paragraph. While I am a Christian, I am a firm believer in religious freedom and the separation of Church and state. Why? Because I don't want someone telling me I have to worship God in their way and no other. I accept that there are other religions on the earth and each person is entitled to freely worship as they choose. I choose to be Christian and as such I believe there is one God, his Son, and the Holy Spirit. Others have their opinion and beliefs they are entitled to and I don't hold it against them. Trump has pretty much used Islam as a patriotic rallying cry to gain followers who are ignorant of the religion and whose only exposure to it is from those who hate the religion. Yes, the ignorant leading the ignorant like the blind leading the blind. Trump tapped into this passion and every time an terrorist act occurred he spouted off about “radical Islam” and his followers labeled every Muslim a terrorist or terrorist sympathizer. Yes, Trump uses fear of the unknown because ignorant people are fearful of that which they don't understand. Trump turned Islam into a boogie man that is hiding in a closet waiting to kill everyone and his followers gobbled it up. You know what is more dangerous and is hiding in plain sight, right wing extremists, alt- right nut jobs.
Maybe I should use this time to show another thing Trump has used to scare people. This one is also based on ignorance and discrimination, The illegal immigrants. Trump took this from the Nazi playbook, find someone to blame for economic and social problems and pin the tail on them. To Trump and his supporters immigrants from Mexico and the rest of Latin America are criminals and job stealers and thousands and thousands are sneaking across the border everyday. First, for the last four years or so there has been a reversal in the flow of immigrants from Mexico. Second, most immigrants from Mexico are looking for a better life, honest work that most US citizens feel is beneath them. Third, a wall will not stop drugs from entering the country, especially if the Coast Guard’s budget is cut to build Trump’s monster. Fourth, have you considered the increase in Eastern Europeans and Russians and there links to organized crime? It has increased. Where is that wall?
Ah, yes, Trump the Law and Order candidate. There is no law that Trump will respect if he believes he can get away with breaking it. Do you think Trump was just saying his supporters wouldn't care if he shot someone on 5th Avenue in New York? No, he was also bragging about how he can do anything he wanted because he has connections. What connections? Anyone he could pay off or butter up. Unfortunately Trump conned many in Law Enforcement that he was there savior and that democrats where their enemy. Trump is far from being Law Enforcement’s savior, no he wants to turn it into what law enforcement is in Russia, useful thugs. Our Law Enforcement is probably the best in the world, but like any organization they are not perfect. 95-98% of Law Enforcement officers are straight up great people wanting to serve their community the best way they can. The problem is that 5 , more like 2%, that are the bad apples for whatever reason. Over the last few years there has been an increase in racial tensions between the black community and law enforcement, and many times it involves someone from the 2% bad apples, or just bad luck. The thing is when a few do something bad they can give the whole organization a bad name. It goes both ways. What Trump did was say Black Lives matter were anti cop. Are they? Maybe some bad apples creeped in which Trump and his followers ammunition to make the whole movement look like it was ant-cop, but like law enforcement the majority are good people who want answers and accountability for what they see as a problem. You know what a real leader would do? Hold a summit and have both sides calmly discuss the matter to formulate a plan of training and community relations to find a common ground peaceful solution. No, Trump and his kind stoked the fire. If Trump had it his way he would do away with rules and fill the ranks of law enforcement with thugs he can use to do his bidding just like Putin. Luckily we have Law Enforcement people who see through Trump. By the way, most if not all the money Trump has given to Law Enforcement agencies did not come from his pockets but from other people via Trump’s supposedly now shutdown foundation. Trump doesn't consider Law Enforcement worthy enough for his own money. The only person worthy enough for Trump's money in his opinion is himself.
This brings me to another part of my why I don't respect Trump and why I think he is the biggest traitor to America since Benedict Arnold. Think about what Trump likes to say about himself. He likes to be unpredictable. Unpredictable and instability are closely related. In business if you had a CEO who was unpredictable investors would bail because they would figure the company is not stable enough to risk putting money into and guarantee a return. Keep in mind Trump's business in privately owned and most major banks won't touch him with a ten foot pole. Why? Because wherever Trump goes instability is sure not far behind. Why is this important? Russia, specifically, Putin knows this and formulated a plan using Trump, unfortunate for them Trump won. Putin wanted to destabilize America and other countries because he hates that when he tries to Expand Russian power he is put in check. Putin's solution was to have his political science people formulate a plan to weaken and country or organization that stood in Russia's way. Using a blueprint laid out by Aleksandr Dugin in his book “The Foundations of Geopolitics” Russia started a coordinated plan of using the internet to increase social pressures in America and Europe to create divisions that would threaten the stability of anything in his way. And as a side note Putin has used the Syrian civil war and Isis to further put social and economic pressures on Europe, but that is another topic. During the 2016 campaign Donald Trump played to the alt-right crowd just enough were he wouldn't alienate too many people. When it looked like Trump was going down that is when Trump started using the dog whistle knowing that if he lost he could at least stir up social unrest and fulfill his primary job for his master, do enough damage to America to take it off the world stage in order to get its own house in order. Some how the plan changed, probably when Trump and his people convinced the GOP to change their view on Putin and Russia. When this happened Trump decided he could win if the game plan was changed and that is when he sent people to Russia to convince his blackmailing master to help him win. Russia was already doing damage to Hillary Clinton and was happy as things were going but when Trump sent his envoy of evil with the message that the GOP was seeing things his way, they got greedy and figured they could not just cripple America for a short time but have sanctions lifted with a freehand in Eastern Because Trump was going to neuter NATO and let Putin keep the Crimea and maybe all of the Ukraine. There was one problem, Trump as usual claimed he was more successful than he really was in convincing the GOP into getting completely behind him. With false hope and expectations Putin shifted his program into getting Trump elected and not just using him to cause social unrest in Europe. The Russian Troll and Bot network went into high gear pushing out fake news to discredit Hillary Clinton and the democrats along with using hacked DNC emails to create a split between Bernie Sanders supporters and Clinton supporters. ( it was an easy sell because Berniecrats already bought into totally free college education so selling the turd polish was easy. Yes, Bernie supporters you were conned, not once but twice.) voting machines in some states were hacked but we won't know if they had any effect on the outcome because it seems the GOP took measures to block that legally. Swing states were targeted with anti-Clinton propaganda and mainstream media was discredited by Trump who used facts that were contrary to reality concerning crime and the economy. Note to Trump morons, if you believe that the country was the worst it has been since the Great Depression I think you need to retake history and stop watching Fox News. Anyway the Traitor Trump won the election and America got kicked In the crotch by Russia.
Here is why I say Russia screwed up. They changed their plan, which in some ways is lucky for America but in others bad for the World as a whole. See if Clinton was elected then Putin was guaranteed to see a politically divided America with the government bogged down with the GOP trying to impeach Hillary Clinton and the democrats trying to stop them. Another thing Putin expected and would have added to through subversion is civil unrest. Yep, Trump’s racists striking out in frustration, Trump’s hardcore supporters trying to use the second amendment in an attempt at removing Hillary Clinton from taking office or remove from office. They would use Trump's claim with bogus Russian created propaganda to say the election was rigged and Hillary Clinton wasn't legitimate so using their second Amendment right they would fix it. Do you know one reason Russia hacked voting information from states? So they could copy reporting formats in case Hillary Clinton and provide bogus reports that would say Trump won but the reports were changed to Hillary Clinton. Now think of what would have happened if that were to have happened. Civil Unrest like you have never seen all because Donald Trump sold out to Russia either because he was blackmailed or just chose to do so for his own gain, I am betting it is a little of both.
Now here is something that pisses me off. Some Veterans and active duty military bought into that Trump was their savior. They had sweet nothings whispered in their ear and smoke blown up their butt and it was instant love. My god, they were conned by a draft dodger and had other draft dodgers supporting Trump blow smoke up their rumps too. Ted Nugent? Idiots follow him because he likes guns and hunts? The man was too good to take a break from his rock career so he crapped himself to to get out of having to serve. What about Bill O’Reilly? Another idiot who didn't serve his country but acts like the ultimate patriot. These same people gave Bill Clinton hell about draft deferments yet give Trump a pass, hypocrisy at its most disgusting. I have more respect for any President even if they didn't serve in the military because along the way they served the country in some way while those like Trump only served themselves. I respect people who stood up against the draft than I do for people like Trump and crap pants Nugent because they had the balls to stand for something; Bone spurs Trump and Crap Pants Nugent wave a flag they disgraced by their own actions. And to those military and former military that still support Trump without question, you disgrace the whole of the service and those that have fallen in the name of Freedom by your continued support of a traitor who would never fight by your side despite whatever he may say. You support a coward who even now is a danger to the men and women of the military because he is unfit, a traitor, and uses the military as an instrument to deflect attention from his failures.
Trump is not just a traitor, a coward, and a walking poster child for stupidity, he is a person devoid of ethics. He screws over small business people in his dealings with them, many have went under because of Trump's “Sue me if you want to get paid” philosophy. He has more business failures than ex-wives by a factor of 2 at least. He has stiffed so many western banks and investors he is considered to be to risky to lend at all. He doesn't care who he borrows money from or who invests in his business, even if it is blood money. He probably is so invested in Russia that not only are the the sanctions on Russia hurting Putin and his minions but Trump also. Trump has loans from banks known to launder money for illegal organizations and countries trying to evade detection for funding terrorists. By the way, who do you think sells the bad guys the guns and weapons of their trade? Russia and countries aligned with Putin. Do you think it is a coincidence that AKs and RPG-7s are the common weapon for terrorists? With Terrorists attacking western countries Russia gains on two fronts but that is for another time.
This is getting long so I will end this with another reason I have no respect for Trump. Trump has no respect for women at all. He is a disgusting pig and what he says is “locker room talk” is sexual predator talk. To Trump women are not equal to men and are objects to be bought, used, and sold. Another thing, what man puts their hand on their own daughters butt when they are giving them a hug like Trump did at the RNC? My god!
Trump needs to be impeached before he damages this country, this world beyond repair. And Putin? You should not have fallen for Trump's con because you didn't get what he promised and just like the rest of us you have to worry about the big giant orange one starting a nuclear war because he has nothing better to do and needs to deflect attention from his corrupt administration. You can do the world and yourself a favor by releasing that pee pee tape or whatever you are holding over Trump now. Yes, you will be scolded by the global community but at least there will still be one. Civil Unrest like you have never seen all because Donald Trump sold out to Russia either because he was blackmailed or just chose to do so for his own gain, I am betting it is a little of both.
Now here is something that pisses me off. Some Veterans and active duty military bought into that Trump was their savior. They had sweet nothings whispered in their ear and smoke blown up their butt and it was instant love. My god, they were conned by a draft dodger and had other draft dodgers supporting Trump blow smoke up their rumps too. Ted Nugent? Idiots follow him because he likes guns and hunts? The man was too good to take a break from his rock career so he crapped himself to to get out of having to serve. What about Bill O’Reilly? Another idiot who didn't serve his country but acts like the ultimate patriot. These same people gave Bill Clinton hell about draft deferments yet give Trump a pass, hypocrisy at its most disgusting. I have more respect for any President even if they didn't serve in the military because along the way they served the country in some way while those like Trump only served themselves. I respect people who stood up against the draft than I do for people like Trump and crap pants Nugent because they had the balls to stand for something; Bone spurs Trump and Crap Pants Nugent wave a flag they disgraced by their own actions. And to those military and former military that still support Trump without question, you disgrace the whole of the service and those that have fallen in the name of Freedom by your continued support of a traitor who would never fight by your side despite whatever he may say. You support a coward who even now is a danger to the men and women of the military because he is unfit, a traitor, and uses the military as an instrument to deflect attention from his failures.
Trump is not just a traitor, a coward, and a walking poster child for stupidity, he is a person devoid of ethics. He screws over small business people in his dealings with them, many have went under because of Trump's “Sue me if you want to get paid” philosophy. He has more business failures than ex-wives by a factor of 2 at least. He has stiffed so many western banks and investors he is considered to be to risky to lend at all. He doesn't care who he borrows money from or who invests in his business, even if it is blood money. He probably is so invested in Russia that not only are the the sanctions on Russia hurting Putin and his minions but Trump also. Trump has loans from banks known to launder money for illegal organizations and countries trying to evade detection for funding terrorists. By the way, who do you think sells the bad guys the guns and weapons of their trade? Russia and countries aligned with Putin. Do you think it is a coincidence that AKs and RPG-7s are the common weapon for terrorists? With Terrorists attacking western countries Russia gains on two fronts but that is for another time.
This is getting long so I will end this with another reason I have no respect for Trump. Trump has no respect for women at all. He is a disgusting pig and what he says is “locker room talk” is sexual predator talk. To Trump women are not equal to men and are objects to be bought, used, and sold. Another thing, what man puts their hand on their own daughters butt when they are giving them a hug like Trump did at the RNC? My god!
Trump needs to be impeached before he damages this country, this world beyond repair. And Putin? You should not have fallen for Trump's con because you didn't get what he promised and just like the rest of us you have to worry about the big giant orange one starting a nuclear war because he has nothing better to do and needs to deflect attention from his corrupt administration. You can do the world and yourself a favor by releasing that pee pee tape or whatever you are holding over Trump now. Yes, you will be scolded by the global community but at least there will still be one. And stop listening to Aleksandr Dugin, he and Steve Bannon are two douches that want to see the world set aflame.
And to the GOP, evangelicals, and others who endorse Trump but now realize it was a big mistake. Hey no one is going to think less of you if you stand up now and say Trump needs to be impeached and put away, but they will if you keep making excuses for him and propping him up. Admit it, Trump conned you into buying a turd and no matter how much you polish it, it will never be a monument you want to be associated with or be proud to display because it will always be a turd.
This may have seemed disconjointed, but it is a rant of why I have no respect for Donald Trump and why I am upset he is president. I hope people will choose to save this country and impeach America’s biggest mistake in years, otherwise I will be ranting for four years and praying that the next election puts a President that really cares for and Puts the American people first before themselves.

Welcome to Trump's wag the dog .
The strikes on the Syrian airbase didn't destroy Syria's capability to use chemical weapons or impede their ability to launch air strikes. Runways are still intact and we're used to launch strikes again today. The missile strikes damaged some buildings and some antiquated aircraft that haven't flown in months if not years.
As long as Syria has the capability to launch aircraft they have the capability to use chemical weapons. The only way to make sure Syria cannot use aircraft for chemical weapons delivery would be to wipe out its air force completely.
For y'all who think Trump did something to make a statement, well bless your heart. You fell for "wag the dog."
Here is what Trump has done for no other reason than to boost his approval ratings.
He had to inform Russia so they can keep their people safe and of course Russia warned Syria who removed equipment and personnel.
We launched 59 missiles against an air strip for a very crappy return on investment. We blew up concrete, yay!
Russia scrapped the deconfliction agreement which means any action taken by America will put US forces at risk. Further strikes to hit truly vital and valuable targets are now of the table with Russia expanding their ant aircraft role to include Syrian assets.
Now the US and allies will find it difficult to conduct operations without having Russia as a threat. You will see allies and US forces asking to have the deconfliction agreement put back in place. Tillerson will go to Moscow and negotiate to have the agreement put back in place and Putin will set lifting of sanctions as a condition. Trump will say to congress that our hands are tied and to keep our soldiers safe we need to lift sanctions.

Russia is probably complicit in Syrian gas attack.
so Donald Trump authorized a cruise missile attack in retaliation for Syrian gas attack on civilians. I will not slam Trump on doing this, because If I were President I would probably do the same. Here is the thing. The US notified Russia that the attack was coming so they could pull there people out of there before the attack. Nothing wrong with that because any other administration would do the same thing. Here is what is wrong, Russian personnel were working and supporting Syrian forces at an airfield used to launch the chemical weapons air strikes. Let that sink in for a bit. Now a Russia claimed that it was not a gas attack but an air strike that hit a rebel gas factory. No.

Trump back to diving America to save his own skin and Russia
In the military the push "attention to detail " because it is known that most times it is the little things that comeback to bite you and ruin your day, or end someone's life. Even in my career on submarines this was drilled into our heads because all it takes is for one person to overlook a valve or a switch to endanger the sub and its crew. I have witnessed people overlooking something and the results were not pleasant. I have seen people injured and one time when have the crew was suffering severe ear pains and at least one ruptured eardrum because someone forgot to reposition a valve and we drew a serious vacuum on the boat. I was able to equalize my ears but many were not so lucky. It did have one benefit, it cleared my sinuses of snot.
That sense of attention to detail and pattern recognition has been useful in my life outside the Navy. Now, 20 years after I left the service with disabilities following 11 years service I still find myself examining things in detail to determine if it is correct or not. This ability is the main reason the last election raised so many red flags for me. Trump's claim the US economy was the worst in years even though leading economic indicators showed the opposite was true. That unemployment was out of control and no jobs were being lost while the data showed the opposite. That America was divided like never before but it was his rhetoric that was targeted to further to try and establish that. Anything negative to be used against President Obama and Hillary Clinton, true or not was repeated over and over as if he were working to brain wash his audience. He did brainwash enough to get elected.
Even though some have figured out Trump is a born liar and now regret voting for him he still has a large audience which is in the minority but enough to cause trouble with impeaching him. Now with more and more information coming to light about Russia 's interfering in the election and Trump's more than probable collusion with them, Don the con is falling back to the same disinformation tactics used to brainwash his supporters and others. He is playing " Mr. law and Order" and " Mr. American Patriot" to the fullest to butter up law enforcement and military to help insulate himself from others finding out the truth and that being used to remove him from office.
The sad thing is just like other brainwash victims his supporters do not care if he promises something then breaks that promise, they become apologists for him thinking he knows best. How can promising to use American steel in government projects to gain the steel worker and coal worker vote then giving Russian steel makers a 40 percent cut of the pipeline helping American steel? It isn't, nor does it help with coal miners. Yes, the carbon from coal is needed to make steel, most steels anyway.
And the jobs Trump is claiming have been created by big business since he has been in office were announced by the companies over a year ago in most cases. If you read the companies' prospectus for 2016 and 2015 you will see they planned to expand before Trump was elected, that is how business works. Successful businesses make hiring increases and business expansion months, years in most cases, in advance because it takes planning. No company would say "let's hire more people now that Trump is President " and implement a plan in such a short time, big businesses, and successful little ones, do not work that way. Expansion is planned in advance after much study because otherwise the business can expand to fast and too large to find that the economic environment can not support it, then the business collapses and lots of people suffer. It is simple economic planning. Trump does not know this or care because Trump never sticks with a business long enough to care. Trump is what is known as a speculator, an opportunist, who makes deals to try an profit off the short term economic environment in particular sector. He usually bails when it collapses and leaves someone else holding the bag. No major bank or business in the west will deal with him because they know how he operates and have been burned by him. This is why Trump has to got to other questionable sources like Chinese banks, Russian oligarchs, and others for financing his deals. You really want the future of your children and their children decided by a man who knows nothing of long term business deals because he has failed at every attempt and had to look for someone to bail him out?
What scares me is that the facts are out there, they are public record yet Trump has brainwashed people into thinking he is a real successful business man when he is just a high class used car salesman. You know what you have to risk by trying Trump? Screwing your own and your children's economic future. Warren Buffet knows Trump and so does Bloomberg and neither thinks Trump is someone to trust. These two are real billionaires that clear Trump's net worth by miles.
Summing Up Trump is a tool for Russia and now that he is in danger of being exposed he will go back to dividing America hoping his racist base and those he has brainwashed will keep him from being impeached. And if they cannot, he will do more than dog whistle to start armed civil unrest by his supporters. If he can help Russia by being president then he knows to default to his backup mission, weaken America by throwing it in turmoil.

Has Fox News been weaponized by Russia? Fox News, an enemy of democracy.
Recently Ted Koppel interviewed Sean Hannity of Fox News where he said Mr. Hannity is a danger to America. I have to agree with Ted Koppel, Sean Hannity is a threat to America, but so is the rest of Fox News. ( except Shepard Smith who seems to be the only one on Fox to call out Donald Trump on his Fake News claims.)
Why is Fox News a danger to America? There are a few reasons that justify such an opinion of the news organization, and I will try to name a few hear. The most obvious are that despite the motto “Fair and Balanced” they are anything but, they lean so far right that Fox News is one of the Alt-Rights favorite news sources along with Breitbart. Any news story that paints conservatives in a bad light is either not covered or attacked no matter if hard facts back up the story. There is a definite feel that Fox News coverage is crafted and directed to not so much conservatives as a whole, but the ultra conservatives and the extreme hard Right. What is worse, it is also targeted to the military and law enforcement establishments in such a way that they purposely paint themselves as those establishments only friends in the media and that all other news outlets are anti-military, anti- law enforcement, and not patriotic. What is frightening is that at many military stations Fox News is the only thing on or allowed on television in common areas such as waiting rooms, it is also quite common to find Fox News being watched in workspaces. It would not be a problem if Fox News were a factual News agency and not so much an opinionated propaganda outlet. Fox News does not report facts and lets the viewer decide, they direct the viewer as to what they want the audience to think. Every News outlet whether print, television, or on the internet has opinion shows along with news shows, but at Fox, there is no distinction between the two. Why?
Fox News was started in the late 1990’s by Rupert Murdoch. Everyone knows Mr. Murdoch started with a Newspaper left to him by his father and from that Mr. Murdoch built a vast multimedia empire. Mr. Murdoch became a United States citizen in 1985 to buy 20th Century Fox and own television stations in the U.S. You have to admit that is quite an accomplishment. The thing is Fox News was from the outset intended to be a conservative news organization. Fox News was meant to be an American conservative news outlet. It can be hard to pin down exactly what are Mr. Murdoch's politics, but if you go by the fruits of his labor, he leans right. However, is this the only reason Fox News is so biased to the Right side of the political spectrum? Probably not.
Rupert Murdoch is running the show at Fox News after Roger was forced to leave because of sexual harassment scandals. Is this true? The Executive editor at Fox News and Executive Vice President is John Moody. Mr. Moody is a, or rather was a journalist. At one time Mr. Moody was the Bureau Chief in Moscow for the UPI during the late 1970’s. Considering he was 25 at the time you have to conclude Mr. Moody is someone who knows how to work the system. Is so terrible? Not at all. Now Moody is running the operations and determining what news and how Fox News will report it. It is said that Mr. Moody uses memos to control exactly how the news is reported and to make sure it is held to the conservative ideal; this goes against the “fair and balanced” claim and considering he directs the hosts of Fox News shows on what and how to say. I seriously doubt the “ No spin zone” exists on the O’Reilly Factor. It seems John Moody is not so much an executive editor as he is the director of ultra right wing propaganda.
So far we have looked at some background on Fox News and key players, now let's look at how and why it was weaponized by Russia to divide the country and elect Donald Trump. When crimes are discussed, they speak of MO, motive, and opportunity. Why did the person commit the offense and did they have the opportunity, is asked during the investigation. So what was the motivation for Russia to actively interfere in American politics and the 2016 Presidential Election? This one is multilayered but let us cover two of the more obvious reasons. First, Putin was and is still afraid of Secretary Hillary Clinton, not because he thinks she would start a war with Russia but because he knows she will not back down. Putin has been expanding or trying to expand Russian power and has played to bully and used dirty tricks to do so. Putin knows that Hillary Clinton would keep economic sanctions in place and ask for more to keep Putin in check. Putin knows that since Russia is not communist anymore, he needs a strong economy to stay in power and expand Russian power. Right now the Russian economy is in the tank, and Russian Oligarchs aligned with Putin are hurting from sanctions, so there is pressure to have those lifted, and Russia is not about to withdraw from the Ukraine or any other place so the sanctions can be lifted. America is the driving force behind those sanctions, so that is the obstacle that needs to be removed. Russia cannot go to war with America so they must use other methods. The method chosen would have to weaken America, so the threat of future sanctions are removed. Two ways to accomplish this are: have a Russian friendly administration in the White House that will not keep Russia in check, divide America in such away it will take it off the world stage for awhile and allow Russia to run wild. We have the motivation and are now going to look at the method used and opportunities.
Russia is a fascinating country when you look at the people who have governed over the years. Its history is filled with ruthless leaders, starting with the Tzars, the revolution, the USSR, and The current government. The Tzars had their secret police, after the revolution the communists did the same, after the fall of Communism people in the KGB and others used their positions to profit off the fall of communism and gain powerful positions under the guise of being democratically elected. Also, this government and previous Russian government used their intelligence community to further it foreign interests by meddling in other countries. It is a well-practiced organization(s) that do this and uses political scientists to direct where the operations should be targeted. One of those political scientists is a man named Aleksandr Dugin. Mr. Dugin is an adviser to the Kremlin on geopolitics. He can be extreme in his views. If you want to know what type of person he can be compared to Steve Bannon, in fact, they share similar views, and that is disturbing. Mr. Dugin wrote a book called the “Foundations of Geopolitics” which many claims is used to frame Russian foreign doctrine. The book covers various theories involved in world politics and then goes on how Russia can expand its power and control in different areas around the globe. One key to Dugin’s plan is to weaken America, to divide it on racial and social lines. He even discusses how to do it and which group to target with information campaigns to have the biggest impact. If you guessed he recommended targeting the left leaning liberal establishment to foment some new counter culture revolution, then you would be wrong. No, Dugin suggested targeting Conservatives and extreme right wings to cause trouble. One plan was to stir up the alt-right to put intense pressure on race relations in America if not start a race war. Second to target Conservatives with fake news about Democrats and liberals ( I am a conservative democrat) and make them look unpatriotic and an enemy. To spread fake rumors about Democrats wanting to get rid of the second amendment and take away guns. Create and spread conspiracy theories about Democrats making secret deals and having people killed to cover them up, anything that would make liberals look bad. Even the shootings of unarmed black men or even armed black men were used to stir up hate with Russian bots and trolls working on both sides. Both Law Enforcement and Black Lives Matter were targeted with fake news to drive a wedge between the two furthering the divide. These are a few things used over the last year to divide the country. The interesting thing about Aleksandr Dugin’s plan is that it does not need to have the majority to succeed, just the right audience even if they are in the majority. Why? Because the minority he recommended targeting own guns, feels patriotic, and will threaten anyone they believe is an America's enemy. So all Russia had to do was create an enemy for that minority group of “patriotic” American's to target, illegal aliens, Muslims, black people, liberals, democrats, and anyone not on the Trump Train. ( For your information there were many reports of people insinuating or blatantly stating they would march on Washington (armed) and install Trump as President if Hillary Clinton won. Notice the Democrats marched to protest but never threatened to overthrow the government. Which is the American way? I was among those threatened on the internet for my support of Clinton and opposition of Trump)
Now here is where the Fox News Channel comes back into the picture, and you can see how it hold to what Russia was trying to do. Fox News was weaponized willingly or was played for a stooge to do Russia’s bidding, but we will get back to that later.
During the racial tensions of the Black Lives Matter protests Fox News always fell on the side of law enforcement no matter the visual evidence. If the evidence suggested the law enforcement officer made a mistake, then you could guarantee that Fox News would minimize or neglect that coverage. If anything in the past suggested the person shot had a run-in with the law at one time or another Fox News would guarantee they ran they heck out of that angle and paint that person in a bad of light as possible. During BLM protests Fox News would portray the protestors as cop hating thugs. If a person spoke out to say there needs to be more training and oversight in law enforcement concerning race relations that person was automatically labeled a cop hater or anti-law enforcement. So to Fox viewers, and many are in law enforcement and the military, BLM was the enemy and wanted cops dead. What is worse, is Fox labeled other networks who showed both sides of the story as liberal anti-law enforcement propaganda outlets. ( I am a big supporter of law enforcement with family and friends in that field. I know that like any organization law enforcement represents a cross section of America. I served in the military and can tell you, that despite screening, racists do make it in and some even try to spread their beliefs. )
During the campaign much was made about jobs being sent overseas and the economy. Donald Trump would say Democrats are weak on trade and allow other countries run over the United States and take our jobs and ruin the economy. President Obama was blamed for a failing economy even though economic indicators showed the economy has been growing under the Obama administration and recovery plan. Fox News would cover the rallies and push Trump's comments as if they were true even when Fox News economic analysts knew the truth. Government numbers were questioned as being fake. Fox News promoted Trump’s bogus claims.
During the Syrian crisis which is still going on, other news outlets would talk about the humanitarian crisis and refugees; Fox News would push the view that ISIS would hide among the refugees and would be let into the United States without being vetted; this is not true because the refugees are not allowed into the U.S. Without thorough vetting contrary to Trump and Fox News claims. Like Donald Trump, Fox News pushed for a Muslim ban. When other news organizations pointed out Trump's Ban did not cover certain countries he had economic ties to but produced some of the most notorious terrorists, Fox let it go. Saudi Arabia was the home to most of the 9/11 terrorists and is not part of Trump's ban. When a Muslim commits an act of terrorism Fox News is all over presenting a view that Muslims cannot be trusted and Islam is evil.
When a racist attack happens in the United States, which is an act of terrorism, Fox News does not address it as such just like Donald Trump, which is interesting because if a person of color commits a crime, Fox is there painting that individual in as bad light as possible.
This blog is getting long, and I still can list tons more examples in showing how Fox News does not just separate itself from mainstream media which the alt- right hates, it aligns itself with the most divisive views and if Trump shares that view they double down on it. Know what we know now, and with more information coming out daily on how Russia used fake news to damage Hillary Clinton and aided Donald Trump you cannot help but question if Fox News was part of the plan. Does Rupert Murdoch’s past and present Russian ties leave him open to Russian manipulation and that is why Fox News favors Trump and is playing down Russiagate? Is Russia using a KGB file on Fox News executive editor John Moody from his time as Moscow bureau chief to blackmail him now? Are these the opportunities, the assets, that Russia is using and used to Weaponize Fox News? Fox News has a large viewership, but it is still the minority of the population but is the political views and makeup of that minority which makes them dangerous to America.

Hypothetical reason Nunes and Others protect Trump and some mental time travel.
I am theorizing here, speculating with what information I have at hand nothing more. Am I creating a conspiracy theory? Maybe, but not along the lines or crazy as the alt-right(out of their minds) creates.
We know for a fact that Russia did work to influence the last presidential election by hacking, releasing information, planting false news, and the use of bots on social media to stir the passions of the alt-right. ( I can attest to this because I was a recipient of harassment of numerous bots on twitter during the election. I also noted there was a sharp decline of these BOTs after the election and most originated in Russia and not in the US though they claimed to be American on their profiles) anyway let's get back to my speculation, a creation of imagination that has basis in fact. Do I need to do a disclaimer here? Screw it, sue me if you're offended or if this resembles you.
We know a former agent of British Intelligence created a dossier on how Donald Trump could have quite possibly been compromised by Russian intelligence while visiting Moscow sometime in the the not distant past. We know there are reports from allies that say Russia has been grooming Trump for years; this is not far fetched as it seems because this operation has been planned years ago. We know that many of those around Trump are so heavily invested in Russian companies, especially the energy sector, that they need to be reminded to make Checks out to Americans in dollars not Rubles. Trump's sons bragged about their Russian interests and Trump himself wants to put one of his small penis compensating Towers in Moscow. Did I just write that? Oh well.
Let's time travel in our imagination in Donald Trump's shoes to a trip to Moscow whenever that was. We are stoked because we have a chance to put up one of our monuments to our colossal ego and take advantage of the Russian energy boom and make some rubles, I mean dollars. (See it is hard to keep Track) Our jet touches down and we are greeted by one, two, or more of Putin's men, uh Oligarchs, I mean Russian businessmen. We are swept away to Moscow's best hotel but it is nothing compared to one of our over compensating for our small penis towers, I mean hotel. Why is Trump so worried about his small hands and penis? Ah well, we are just along for the ride in his mind. It's a good thing he has such a small IQ so we all can fit.
Our Russian hosts want to have dinner socialize and have some drinks, We don't drink but We get a high from people praising me for my intelligence and business acoo... a koo...uh, business smarts. But what is that word someone on TV once used? It sounds like ack you man, anyway they are praising me and my big head his inflated enough We could overshadow the world.
Wow! Look at that young thing, and that one and that one! Damn good thing Melania isn't along for the ride or we won't be able to sample the local fair. What did the interpreter say to us? Oh, we can have anyone or everyone we want? All of them! Send them up to our room. They are clean? Can't be too careful after all dating in the 80s was our Vietnam after all. Well let us head up to the room so we can see what these women look like in the buff. Hmmm, How do we ask them to shower us with gold? Ok we will jump ahead in our mental time travel trip to the next morning.

Let's jump ahead in time to a time when Rep. Nunes takes a ride in an Uber with some colleagues. Wow, long day. This Russian thing is going to be a bear. We are not sure the president will come out of this without being impeached but we cannot say this to anyone including the people we are with right now. Ah, we got a text. God please don't be Schiff, he is driving us nuts. It's a pic, it's a pic of us and that lady from the Trump hotel. She said that flash was nothing..Oh my if someone sees this we are ruined. Who sent this? Bannon. We need to come to the White House to discuss this new intel. We have got to get out of this Uber ride. We will say something important has popped up and will get another ride home.
Ok we are back to now in our imagination mental time travel. Thank God, I felt so limited in those to minds, didn't you? Anyway these mental trips were just to illustrate a possibility and to provide some entertainment in these trying times. The American government machine is broken and The 4th estate may have helped break it.
The American Government is broken and the 4th estate may have contributed
I am a former Navy Electronics Technician who still loves troubleshooting broken electronics, computers, machines or anything that matter. It is like solving a puzzle, a mystery. When I come across something broken I cannot sleep until I have discovered the fault and a solution to fix the problem. With equipment it is easy to find the fault although sometimes it takes time. With things like politics it takes time and is far from easy but the same troubleshooting methods apply.
Imagine when Donald Trump won the election and how that would affect someone who goes nuts when things don't go right, when the machine is obviously broken.
I have not been able to sleep at night because I know the American government is broken and I am someone who has to know why. The American government is a machine and like any machine it can breakdown from time to time. The founding fathers knew this and established a system of “self repair” providing all parts of the government aren't trashed too. You know the executive, legislative, and judicial branches form a limiting circuit to keep each other from going to far on the power scale. Now this is a good system but it is not perfect so the founding fathers provided a feedback loop that is made up of the people and the press. ( that is why we have the first amendment.)
Normally when something goes wrong in government the press will report on it to the people who will then let the elected representatives know they need to get their act together and fix the problem. This feedback loop becomes extremely valuable and effective when our political system enters “ election mode” things start to really happen. Now if the system is still not running right the feedback loop enters repair mode during the election cycle and the faulty circuit, gear, or other mechanism is replaced by the people with a part they think can get the system running again. Now what if there is something wrong with feedback loop and election cycle repair mode? What if someone hacked into the system and tweaked one of the circuits so that it sent out “ bad signals” to the people side of the feedback loop? Could this be done? Yes and it was done. Remember the Russian Cable guy from “Seinfeld”? It wasn't him, it was a Putin the repair man and his Technicians. So what part of the system did they mess with? The press. Covertly and overtly by manipulating the media through hacks, fake news, and leaks. Now there is more than one circuit to the press subsystem. Each news outlet whether TV, Print, internet, Radio, large, or small is a separate circuit. The press circuits very in how much they impact the feedback loop according to how large the audience is, so if you want to screw up the system you go after a big circuit, one easily accessed through the backdoor. Russia political repair company chose a few circuits but the most notable and biggest was Fox News. Fox News has a large passionate conservative audience and an owner who likes money and power, Rupert Murdoch. With a little willing dealing and money thrown around you have tweaked the Fox News circuit into spilling out all the crap and fear you want the audience to hear. ( am I saying Murdoch is a traitor? No, but he and Fox News sure are pro-Russian all of a sudden!) now you have a large audience receiving the bad signals and it spreads out to people who don't watch Fox News but are influenced by people who do, and also people who follow Alex Jones and Breitbart. All of a sudden you have a number of broken, or just plain evil, press circuits spouting bad info to the people who are in the election cycle. The people circuits are overwhelmed and enough are influenced by the bad info that during the election cycle they select a big orange and very broken main gear to drive the government machine and numerous other bad little gears to go along too. Now we have have a machine that is broken, really broken, with the remaining good gears and circuits trying to repair the machine before it catches on fire. What is making it hard for the remaining good gears and the non-contaminated people circuit is there are still bad circuits like Fox News that needs to be fixed or shut down. ( I so hope that the FBI finds Rupert Murdoch and Fox News aided Russia in spreading false news to influence the election. If they do, they can put Murdoch on trial, convict him, strip him of his citizenship, deport him, and shut down Fox News. I would love to see a few Fox News people on the unemployment line, especially Sean Hannity.)
So to compensate for bad press circuits bringing down the system the good circuits like The Washington Post, The New York Times, MSNBC, CNN, and all others have to work extra hard to minimize the bad and fix the system or we will be stuck in a self destructive negative feedback loop.

Trump playing the Russian blackmail game?
Did Trump do unto others what was done to him?
We know about the dossier on Trump put together by retired British Agent Christopher Steele. We know that it alleges Trump is being blackmailed by Russia who may have compromising material involving Russian prostitutes and golden showers. ( On that note, has anyone else noticed how Melania seems kind of distant from the Donald since that revelation?) If true that means Russia has power over Trump, but this is post will not discuss that, but a what if. What if Trump used the same method for his own gain?
I am a disabled veteran with 11 years experience as a Navigation Electronics Technician on ballistic missile submarines. I received training on how to troubleshoot equipment failures using a set method. I know what is supposed to happen and compare it to what happens. If they don't match there has to be a problem. I gather the system of the failure and use what I know to try to localize the fault. I divide the circuit into smaller and smaller parts until I find the component that failed by checking the goes into with the goes out of to see when Good becomes bad. Sometimes we face intermittent errors that are hard to find so we resort to I know this isn't working right but there is not a hard failure to isolate the problem yet so lets try something different. The outside the box and speculation thing.
Now if no one speculated every now and then we would learn nothing new. Law enforcement would not solve as many crimes or even know a crime was committed if they did say “hmm something isn't right here. Maybe we should look into it.” Well that is what I am about to do.
So what isn't right? Well for one, we have the Republican Party, actually certain members, refusing to consider or look into Donald Trump colluding with Russian intelligence during the last election. Republicans have, until recently, been very firm on dealing with Russia but that seems to have changed during the RNC. Why? In the past if Republicans thought there could be a Russian Traitor in government they would stop everything and investigate, but now it is no big deal. Why?
We have seen some Republicans who seemed to oppose Trump meet with Trump and jump on the “Trump Train”, why? You would think Trump made them a deal they could not refuse. (I chose to use deal here instead of offer because, well “the art of the deal.” Maybe he did make a deal to some key republicans ( Ryan, Nunes, Chaffetz, Mitchell, Gowdy….you get the picture).
Maybe he used power or financial incentive. Maybe he took a page from the Russian playbook of compromat ( I think that is what they call it). I mean he does own hotels and has connections to some seed types who can provide him with services such as escort services. (wasn't there talk about how he recruited young Eastern European girls for modeling but they ended up working as escorts or something?) Maybe when a certain Republican congressman stayed at one of Trump’s hotel they were treated to the best suite and room service with some extra services their wives may not approve. Maybe they got more than they expected, service that went the extra mile and a video to remember the great time they had at the Trump Hotel? I am just speculating here trying to figure out how key Republicans bow to Trump when they know he is unfit for the job and is off his rocker. It doesn't add up with the current variables so there must be a few more to the formula. Maybe the FBI should check to see if Trump Tower is wired, wired by Trump. Check his hotels too. I am not saying Trump may have blackmail material on all or any Republicans. He definitely would not need leverage on all just certain ones. You remember the story about Representative Nunes getting a text or something the night before his bombshell news conference? You know, when he bailed out of an Uber he was sharing with others? Maybe he got the “you better look at this and contact me before someone else sees it? Sincerely Trump” I am not saying Trump gathered all the intel he is using for leverage. He seems to have his own source and we know it isn't from US agencies. Think Russia and the use of go betweens.
Maybe certain key republicans are being blackmailed by Trump and are protecting him to protect themselves. If they are they better hope that the FBI gets someone like Flynn to crack because that Trump wall will be coming down hard on them. Their best bet, best scenario? Do something to save their country, admit they screwed up and Trump used it to blackmail them. If they don’t it is only a matter of time before it comes out in the wash. So they have a choice, both will mean their career is over but one has prison as a possibility.

It doesn't add up with the current variables so there must be a few more to the formula. Maybe the FBI should check to see if Trump Tower is wired, wired by Trump. Check his hotels too. I am not saying Trump may have blackmail material on all or any Republicans. He definitely would not need leverage on all just certain ones. You remember the story about Representative Nunes getting a text or something the night before his bombshell news conference? You know, when he bailed out of an Uber he was sharing with others? Maybe he got the “you better look at this and contact me before someone else sees it? Sincerely Trump” I am not saying Trump gathered all the intel he is using for leverage. He seems to have his own source and we know it isn't from US agencies. Think Russia and the use of go betweens.
Maybe certain key republicans are being blackmailed by Trump and are protecting him to protect themselves. If they are they better hope that the FBI gets someone like Flynn to crack because that Trump wall will be coming down hard on them. Their best bet, best scenario? Do something to save their country, admit they screwed up and Trump used it to blackmail them. If they don’t it is only a matter of time before it comes out in the wash. So they have a choice, both will mean their career is over but one has prison as a possibility.
So maybe Trump is playing the Russian game.

Why Russia under Putin is a threat to World peace and unity.
When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991 it ended an era. The Cold War that dominated geopolitics since the end of the Second World War seemed at an end. No more would the war to stop Soviet Aggression be fought via client states and radical organizations. Peace at last, at least where it concerns the west verses Soviet Expansion. Like others the United States watched and encouraged the change in Russia hoping a true democracy would replace a repressive government only to see those in power divide the assets of the former Soviet Union amongst themselves. One person who worked for the Soviet intelligence organization, KGB, saw an opportunity and used connections to rise become a leading political power in Russia and eventually its leader. Vladidimir Putin used the knowledge he obtained from his days with the KGB, and the FSB which replaced it, to make alliances and eliminate opponents. Mr. Putin even appointed his successor to act as a placeholder prime minister until he could once again take the reigns.
Not happy with the shrinking power and influence of Russia, Putin began planning ways of making Russia a Superpower like the former Soviet Union but found the United States and her allies standing in the way. The US was not trying to keep Russia from playing a part in World affairs, it just wanted Putin to play by the rules and respect democracy. The problem is that Putin is former KGB and was taught not to trust anyone, especially the US. So Mr. Putin defaulted to his training using old KGB methods to obtain what he wanted. One thing he wanted was to annex the Ukraine into Russia because he and other Russians think the Ukraine should not be Sovereign because it is a natural part of Russia, unfortunately for him most Ukrainians and the world don't share this view. Putin gambled that he could manipulate the political situation in the Ukraine and lost. Following the revolution in the Ukraine that ousted his puppet in that country he undertook more drastic actions by sending in Russian special forces acting as separatists to stir up trouble. In doing this he took he Crimea and annexed it into Russia with a rigged election. His "separatists" still occupy parts of Eastern Ukraine and have shot down a Malaysian Airliner that over flew the area. When the US under President Obama stood up to Putin by slapping sanctions on him and the Russian Oligarchy, Putin became angry and wanted revenge. Putin wanted to not just revenge he wanted to weaken the US, to isolate it so he could continue unopposed in expanding Russian power and influence so he turned to his advisors in the Geopolitical Community to create a plan for political warfare against the United States and her allies. In Europe he has set up a campaign to take down the European Union by fanning Nationalism and hate against Muslims. Do you think Putin wants to end the Syrian war when he knows that the influx of refugees into Europe and the threat of terrorism works to his advantage by putting strain on the EU? No, he will keep that fire going as long as it is useful to him.
In the United States he played a Trump card by fanning nationalism and racism in the US by interfering in an election and aiding a man that is probably in collusion with Russian intelligence for one reason or another. What does he want? A weakened US that alienates its allies and whose only influence is isolated to that of the Americas. He wants to drive a wedge between us and other countries we have as allies. He wants the US to take on China to weaken both countries so Russia can reign supreme in world affairs. Why do you think Trump is threatening war with North Korea? To stop its nuclear program and protect our allies? Heck Trump already made it clear he would not come to Japan's aid if attacked. No Russia would like the US to attack North Korea and would not mind if Trump targeted North Korea's nuclear facilities with a nuke or two. He is gambling that China would not retaliate on NK's behalf using Nuclear weapons but conventional. China may have a nuclear arsenal but its capabilities are lacking and it is extremely outgunned by the US so it would not risk nuclear annihilation for North Korea. What it would do would be to throw world trade in turmoil by closing of the South China Sea and attacking American allies in that region, along with Japan and North Korea. Putin would love this.
Trump supporters claim Russia did the US a favor by helping elect Trump but they are very mistaken. Why? Because no country will act in such away that it will do something for the benefit of another country without gaining leverage over that country.
